Great location, but bare bones accomodations. This place IS located across the street from the beach, BUT I would not call it oceanfront. Oceanfront means directly on the beach in my mind. Perhaps my wife and I are spolied. We visited the Kenya House in August, 2003 during the Festival of Lights and chose this B&B in part for its location, directly off Kits Beach and, in part, because of the description of the accomodations. We had a fabulous time at the Kenya Court. When they say suite, they mean APARTMENT! huge, great view of the beach and totally convenient to all things! The breakfasts were tremendous and on your way to the breakfast room, you are greeted by the owner playing her grand piano! Really, I just can not say enough about the entire... more

Been to Vancouver several times, usually stayed at hotels. First stayed at Kenya Court in July, 1997. Warm and friendly hosts, very nice location (especially watching the sun go down at Kits Beach). Next time back to Van this is where I stay. more

Stayed here in 1987. Beautiful, very nice hosts. Good value. Great location. Would do again without second thought. more
