Better than expected! Awesome location, close to everything, once we parked our car we used it next when we checked out. 180 degree Downtown view from balcony ( only very few of them- we got lucky). Me and hubby had a great time, wish we could stay longer.

We stayed at the Rosedale for the 2nd time last weekend and found it to be perfect for a group. The suites are all nicely appointed with everything you need in the kitchenette, great beds and good service for a reasonable price. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a Wedding in Langley at beginning of May. Great hotel with amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was keen to help. We were new to Vancouver and needed assistance from Kay on Reception and her colleagues on numerous occasions. They were so helpful. Our room was as described and our view from our 11th... More

Stayed here with my husband for our anniversary weekend and it was a great stay! the location was awesome and close to LOTS of food, shopping, and false creek. We stayed on the 15th floor and it has some pretty amazing views from our room. The hotel was very nice, clean, and quiet, and has a nice pool and steam... More

I stayed here while passing through on my way back to Australia, and found it to be well priced and the location is pretty decent (at least for my purposes). The room was clean and well equipped. Oddly, the room has an oven, stove, and pots and pans. The odd unit that contains these also houses the refrigerator and appears... More

Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. With regard to the elevator situation and the shutdown, this is done for safety's sake. The emergency generator for the entire complex is tested annually and must be done during normal business hours due to noise bylaw restrictions. The time picked was just after check out time... Stayed one night in May 2015. Booked online which stated one standard room with two double beds available at a reasonable rate. I left special requests in that little box that we always think no none will ever read. I asked for a higher floor, view of Vancouver's very cool library and a Queen bed if possible. When we arrived,... More

We were able to check in early, and for the next five days we really enjoyed our time at the Rosedale. The suite had a lounge/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all a good size. The views over the city were good. The air conditioning worked well. The rooms were well cleaned every day. Front office staff and the concierge were extremely... More

Dear ChrisKenyon136: We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us and your time in Vancouver went well. With regard to the restaurant off the lobby, it is closed for extensive renovations. The owners of Rosie's are spending just under $1,000,000 doing a complete refit and hope to open as an Original Joe's as of July 1st. They have... More

The least expensive option we found for the holiday weekend. Great location just off Robson and close to everything we needed. Staff is efficient but don't expect much more from them. Only problem was the 5 minute wait for an elevator for the 19th floor. Stay on a lower floor and use the stairs if able.

We stayed at the Rosedale on Robson for nearly a week. It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay, especially since we had an active toddler with us! As other reviews have commented, the decor is a little dated. But the rooms are extremely clean. The kitchenette is convenient for a family on the go, with cooking equipment and utensils for...
