I stayed at the Rosedale for 5 nights in Oct. The hotel is nicely located for visiting Vanc. The customer service A++ and the rate was good considering $99 night booked through expedia. This is an average hotel with an excellent location. Appears to be worn down and maintenance is apparently not a priority. The restaurant Rosies (read pub...) has too high prices compared to the standard. But rooms are nice and clean but with very noisy aircon.. The roof-garden (on 2nd. floor) is certainly not very charming - but of good use... more

Obviously, good location, just off Robson Street on Hamilton. Rooms are dated and studio is small. Carpets need to be replaced with tile, so that when cooking in close quarters of mini-kitchen, food stains can be easily cleaned up instead of staining carpet that has been there for far too long. myself and my family(two toddlers!)stayed here for 10 days it was an amazing hotel wonderful facilities ideal location!!you even had a 7 11 store opposite the hotel for any provisions and early morning coffee this was invaluable to us!!!there were a few homeless but when your their you actually dont notice them as their polite anyway!!the staff in the hotel... more

The room was a lovely size, with a kitchen/living area seperate to the bedroom,which was very handy with four girls travelling a great bonus. Laundry facilites are excellant, pool was really nice to have a swim. The staff could not do enough for us. highly recommened. more
