Comfort is very average. Very close to the hospital so you hear a lot of sirens even on the 16th floor. Room has a full kitchen which is great. Staff is friendly. We didn't use the hop on hop of but there is a stop right in front of the hotel. It needs to be upgraded badly. It shares a... More

Vancouver is a great city to visit. The Landis is a traditional hotel located in the right location to be able to walk to many interesting parts of the city. We stayed in the spacious 2 bedroom apartment (1 very big double and 1 smaller size double bed) which has 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, ideal for a family of... More

This hotel is in a good location to get to all of the places that we wanted to visited. We liked that the spaciousness of the suite. We found it to be very clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fitness room. The breakfast was ok, everyday the same though. Some protein would be a nice addition ie. cold... More

So far the Landis has not been a good experience for us. My wife waited several minutes before the desk clerk showed up to check her in. The place seemed abandoned, and when the desk clerk finally arrived he was quite rude and unhelpful. The swimming pool appears to be unsanitary. There is a ring of dirty scum going around... More

A good sized apartment however it is very dated and living room furniture needs replacing. The lounge was uncomfortable. Beds were fine. The hotel has a feel that it needs to be thoroughly cleaned top to bottom. Breakfast room not set out well and has dirty table cloths and unhygienic cleaning practices in place eg I watched the waiter use... More

After reading previous reviews was not sure of what to expect but have been pleasantly surprised the Landis suites have been superb. We had 2 bed suite and found it very spacious for a downtown hotel, the glassed dining area was a lovely place to sit and watch life in a busy city. The beds were large and comfortable, plenty... We spent 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite, at Landis Hotel Suites, and loved every minute of it! The hotel had an indoor pool, a spa, and washing facilities, if you needed. Breakfast was supplied, and you are based very close to Granville Street, Would definately stay there again.

We've stayed here a few years ago and due to an emergency we needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. The Landis and John (front desk) came to our rescue! Thank you John for accommodating us in our moment of need! The suite was spacious and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located... More

Location is central. Suite was spacious, but beds are next to the glass windows and you can hear all the street noise at night. I came with family and kids and found that the hotel itself was not family friendly. As a matter of fact, the first thing the attendant said to us when we arrived was to be cautious... More

The suite was clean. The bed was comfortable. I slept like a log. However, it doesn't take much to attend to a few details, which they lacked. Creamer for coffee, for starters. Some paper towels and/or a dish cloth. Not to mention, if you are going to switch over to a new lock system, you might advise your guests that... More
