Stayed here for a girls night out, the front desk guy was creepy. The only good things about this hotel is the location and the view (we were on the 25th floor). The hotel boasts that it is recentley updated, but the carpets and paint are already looking well worn. Definitley not worth the $450. Would not stay again. more

Nothing spectacular about this hotel and the rooms are getting a bit tired. However, they were clean and fairly roomy for the price. Convenient to downtown. The comedy club in the basement proved to be a lot of fun. more

We stayed there the last week of October and stayed in an Executive Suite in the upper 29th level. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Century Plaza on a recent visit to Vancouver. We found the staff friendly and caring, the room was large, clean and complete with all the amenties. The location is as central as you can get and handy to most downtown Vancouver sites. We will definetly stay there again. more

Without a doubt....this hotel was one of the finest experiences of our month long vacation. from the unrequsted upgrade to a suite on the 24th floor to the care and consideration we were given, by everyone....every day.....there has to be something better than a "5" more

Staff on evening check in was pleasant and friendly. Encounters with day staff found them to be rude and unhelpful. Room, just ok, it was dated but clean; furniture in room was worn and lighting was not great; room lamps were old and did not work well.Noise from street was loud-close to hospital so lots of sirens. The service and food in the Beyond Blue Resturaunt was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. more

The location is very central and since we were travelling with children needed a larger room. This hotel did not dissapoint and the service far exceeded our expectations, we will be back for sure. more
