The Georgian Court remains the top drawer boutique hotel in Vancouver. It has an easy "in and out" layout and a good restaurant adjacent to the lobby. It is only two blocks from the Queen Elizabeth theatre, and it also has cabs readily available for longer excursions. I have stayed there for many operas over the years. More
