We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and were very pleased about the size of the room. The location is perfect if you want to stroll around downtown. The only negative thing is that you have to pay extra if you want to use WIFI internet in the room. more

Did not do much (any) research on Vancouver and we ended up here as friends had already booked. A really nice hotel, all the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly. Not much in the way of facilities but the gym looked decent. Our room was fab - separate bedroom, nice little living area with armchairs. We were offered... more

I tagged along on my fiancee's business trip here and although the room was already paid for, I would pay out of my own pocket to stay here again. The reception staff and concierge were both helpful and friendly. The room was great, a corner suite with the room split into two sub-rooms with a sliding frosted-glass divide between the... more

We loved this hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights with our 7 and 9 year olds. The reception desk staff were great and even provided the kids with a kids' pack with a couple of games - much appreciated. They loved the cookies. Our room was very spacious, quiet, comfy and clean. The location was great and near the... more

This is a suite hotel, and our suite was great. Once again, I need to tell you that internet is not included in the room's rate, so if you want to browse, you must pay for it; however, if you bring your laptop to the lobby level, there's a little lounge where you can sit on, and you can ask... more

I stayed here the 2nd week in April for five nights. The room was quiet (as I had requested), clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant is expensive ($30 for a 2-egg breakfast) but pleasant and good. Excellent service from all staff, from the waitresses in the restaurants to the cleaning staff and the people at the front desk. This was... more

Already at check-in my friend and I were impressed by the efficiency and friendly atmosphere. Very comfortable beds. Spacious and comfortable living room. Even if I would try to be critical I would not be able to find anything to complain about. All the staff that we met were very nice and friendly. The location was perfect for our needs.... more

So, our hotel was great. Staff was great, room was great. The rooms appear to be geared towards business travelers, but as a married couple, we were pleased. We drove up from Seattle to have an inexpensive getaway and were very happy with the treatment we received by the various shops & restuarants. Walking from our hotel to and around... more

We got to stay here for $65.00 a night (Priceline), so I can't complain about the price! But I expected more of a 4-star hotel. The room was okay, but had a view of other close-by buildings. The bathrobe (why just one?) was hard and scratchy. The extra blanket in the closet was pilly and old. The TV in the... more
