Although a fairly typical bog-standard North American business/leisure 5-star hotel, the Pinnacle did tick all the boxes and it does have a good location. this hotel is always spotless, I have been here twice - it does lack certain personality - but Fairmont's look like my Grannie's house etc etc - so who cares. It's relatively modern. I like clean. It had all the basics, nicely, but no "pampering". No warm bathroom floor, only basic toiletries, no make up mirror, nothing.
