My family and I were warmly greeted and welcomed into Graham and Lees' home. The Rose Garden suite was perfect for us and comfortable. The proximity to downtown Vancouver is ideal. Would definitely stay there again.

My husbank and I made a quick trip to Vancouver to do some early Christmas shopping but found the Rose Garden Suite was booked. As a result we stayed in the Shaughnessy room upstairs. While not as much space as the suite, the room is nicely decorated and very clean with a lovely sunny deck. As usual the breakfasts were... More

We stayed for 2 nights in the Rose Garden Suite, September 2014. Potential customers should be aware that this is a low ceilinged basement suite. It is spacious in size, compared to the amount of room offered in many B & Bs. There are two bedrooms, but these are rather crammed with the furniture therein (beds were comfortable). The lounge... Graham & Lee were really kind. My wife and I deeply thank them for their hospitality. Whenever we ask some information, they tried to explain to us every detail. Moreover, although the house was old, I could see they have made every effort to make the place clean, lovely, and perfect. Most of all, We definitely enjoyed every breakfast. The... More

We stayed at greystone in the middle of sept. The house is in a quiet suburb of Vancouver. It is a family home and very welcoming . Graham was a great host and his breakfasts were stunning from delicious fruit to varied home cooked breakfasts. Each evening we were welcomed to join him for pre dinner drinks and nibbles ,... More

My wife and I stayed, once again, at Greystone B & B. This time we were there for a week while visiting family in Vancouver. At this point, having stayed there several times on past trips, I have difficulty imagining a trip to Vancouver without staying at Graham and Lee's wonderful house. We feel completely at home there, and always... More

We were a little early for our stay at Greystone however Graham made us feel very welcome and he was very helpful and hospitable. We were in the downstairs Rose Room which was delightful. Even though this room was in the basement there were windows out to the garden, and the rooms were light and airy and had no damp... More

Graham has lived in Canada almost all his life yet has retained his English accent. He says he's a cockney but doesn't sound like Dick van Dyke. His breakfasts are the stuff of legends and Greystone is a quirky gem of a B and B. Lee is a "proper" Canadian and together they make a great team. Strongly recommended.

A cosy and clean place with a vintage touch to stay when not at home with fantastic breakfast in a family atmosphere. The owners are friendly and always have a recommendation what to do and how to get there. And if you are around at 5pm there is always a glas of wine waiting for you.

We have stayed a number of times at this wonderfully charming and hospitable establishment, in different suites, and in The Rose Garden Suite, and all we can say is the very lengthy, critical and totally negative review regarding the delightful Rose Garden Suite was far from accurate (and far from Rosy or Sweet.) by our gauge, a very thorny review,...
