Wonderful breakfasts (thanks to Graham's coking) and the fruit plate is fabulous. Great hosts - sharing a glass of wine with Graham and Lee prior to going out to supper is something you don't get in a typical hotel.

My daughter and I stayed at Greystone while we waited for our cruise and did some sightseeing in Vancouver. The rooms are comfortable, and relaxing after a day of walking around Vancouver. The breakfasts were the best and the eggs benedict was more delicious than what we had on the cruise ship. Graham provided excellent directions for the sights we...

Graham is a delightful and responsive innkeeper. His communication with me was excellent right from the beginning when I would e-mail him with questions right through to the end of our visit. The accommodations were comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious (wonderful homemade muffins and a different hot entree each day). The B&B is in a lovely neighborhood and it's...

Based on their website I thought the Greystone Bed & Breakfast would be nice - but the reality far exceeded my expectations. I spent a wonderful ten days as a guest of Graham and Lee while vacationing in Vancouver and visiting family and friends. The daily breakfasts were delightful as was the ambience of this charming home away from home....

We visit family in Vancouver and stay at Greystone twice a year, we find the rooms very comfortable and the breakfasts most enjoyable, we like to relax in the lovely living room and read the papers before setting out for the day. Graham and Lee could not be more hospitable. We look forward to many more vacations at Greystone.
My husband and 3 young boys stayed in the Rose Garden Suite for 4 nights a few weeks ago. The suite had everything we needed - and the boys enjoyed the little extras (fresh fruit, chocs and biscuits). Beds were very comfortable and (but for jetlag!) we all enjoyed sleeping in such quiet surroundings. Graham's breakfasts have now become somewhat...

A warm welcome was promised and Greystone did not disappoint. Graham and Lee are attentive and helpful hosts; the house is a lovely old property in a quiet and leafy part of Vancouver but handy for access to the centre; and the breakfasts laid on by Graham are exemplary. The lower ground suite is great for families too.
We stayed in the Rose Garden suite. It was very comfortable, well arranged and even had some milk, juice and fruit on hand to get us started. It is very quiet for sleeping, and so close to many things that we just walked everywhere, especially Granville Island. Graham was a grand host and the breakfast was splendid, something different every...

Just got home from another great stay at Greystone B and B. I've had the pleasure of staying in one of the private rooms and, on 3 occasions, sharing the Garden Suite with 3 friends. The accommodation is warm, comfortable, very well taken care of and the suite has everything you need. Nice big kitchen, two bedrooms, nice bathroom and...

We booked Greystone B&B for a girls getaway weekend and from the moment we arrived to the sad moment we left, we had a super time. This B&B is perfectly situated to be close to good restaurants, lovely shopping, interesting galleries, theater and ahhh, the Turkish spa.
Alhtough our trip was well planned, Graham and Lee found a way to...
