I must agree that our Front Desk team is Superb, but thank you for saying it first! :) We love our neighborhood too, and its amazing "walkability". The front desk of this hotel - Jeni and Bruno are super nice and freindly and extremly helpful. Very patient with the clients such as us - corporate travellers from east coast. we are impressed by the warm hospitality of the front desk staff.
