Stayed one night and left car for one week. Our car was vandalized at the hotel's under cover parking lot. Parked the car infront of hotel camara and a bright light. No help from the hotel reception clerk, took 25 minutes to find our car key. Beside being rude He would not even offer a telephone book for us to... more

I only stayed overnight to catch the next flight out of Vancouver. Shuttle service, Frontdesk, Restaurant- everybody was very helpful and friendly, rooms very spacious and the included continental breakfast was freshly made! more

I stayed with a couple of friends. It was close to the airport. Free shuttle to and from the hotel/airport. If you're looking for a hotel with a free continental breakfast, this is not the place. Even though their website states that they offer a continental breakfast, the only thing you get is a cup of coffee, a cup of... more

Close to airport, but in an industrial and heavy traffic area. Very poor location. Room had a musty smell. I couldn't wait to leave! more

We stayed for one night at this hotel. The decision was based on price and location (in Richmond, relatively close to the airport). Location: in the middle of an industrial/developing area with minimal establishments. need a car to get to nearby amenities (e.g., mall, grocery store...etc) Amenities: The fitness centre has two cardio machines- a treadmill that ceased to function... more

Booked 1 night Executive package which provides hot breakfast (1EGG 2 Sausage and TOAST) ask for nothing more! But the room rate and breakfast with tax was good value. First given room on Bridgeport which is a main road to airport. Thankfully we arrived mid afternoon so no problem changing to quieter room on side of building. The hot tub... more

We booked this hotel using our credit card points for one night before a trip to Mexico and one night upon return from the trip. We had 2 rooms booked each night as we are a family of 6 and they were supposed to be a Deluxe Suite.....well, what a dump. It is so old and dated, the carpet is... more

Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October. We had a car so the free parking was very much appreciated. Only problem was that the car was keyed by someone as it was parked in the carpark underneath the hotel. Check in was fast and efficient and our room was large, clean and well... more

pick-up at airport from the shuttle was good, room okay, not super clean but acceptable. Misleading "internet access" ad on the website. You get charged for access, even though the airport has free public access. Plus side was, I was able to get an extended departure, since my flight does not leave till 3 in the morning. more
