I had a great view room overlooking the harbor. The hotel was heavily booked and there were several events going on, making the elevators very slow. However, what I wanted to say, was that the front desk staff, and very especially the bellmen, were extremely friendly and courteous. My friend and I arrived with bicycles, and they showed us the... I have stayed at the Renaissance Harbourside several times on business and never disappointed with the great staff, the spectacular harbour view from the room and the excellent food and service, either at the restaurant or a the lounge on 19th floor. Perfect location in walking distance to the harbour-front restaurants and activities or to Burrard street, etc. Others think... More

This is a very nice hotel, with beautiful rooms, great linens & towels, nice people. If you are the economical type, not so good, as no microwave, no fridge, and no continental breakfast. Wifi is extra, though courtesy computer in lobby (2). No charges for calls using calling cards. Free holding of luggage upon departure. Location is great. Very close... More

We traveled to participate in a professional meeting at the convention center, which is very close so it was very convenient. Around this area, there is so much to see and do that we never took a taxi, and the day we decided to explore a little further away, we were picked up at the reception, so in spite of... More

This hotel was a really good place to stay. We requested a higherror room with a partial view and that is exactly what we got. The room was really nice, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be the TV that we couldn't get to work (must admit it could have been user error) and... More

This was a great place to stay a few days prior to our Alaskan cruise! This is a good location with some restaurants and shops in walking distance. The hotel was clean and neat and quiet. We enjoyed our view of the harbor and watching the sea planes take off and land. If we would have known how close it... More

Stayed here for a conference at the Convention Center. Easy access and great location. Restaurant was great for dinner on arrival. Room was on the 14th floor and quiet. Only thing was the TV took awhile to release to regular TV from pay per view advertising but otherwise great. Wifi was slow for $7.95 per day cost but worked (never... More

This hotel is top notch. The staff is fantastic and the location can not be beat. My wife and I drove up from Seattle for our 10th Anniversary. We had a water side room overlooking the float plane docks. Stunning beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better location and time. Everything was perfect. Just make sure you get a... More

The service was perfect. The room spacious, beds very comfy, and a fridge in the room. The location is very central to all you want in Vancouver - walking distance to all the best ! Would stay here again. The only complaint about this hotel is the price of in room wifi, although most vancouver hotels are the same.
