We really loved staying at this hotel even though we were only there for 3 nights. The concierge were so helpful and very informative. Nothing was ever a trouble. Our room was lovely and very clean and our bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

There is very little to complain about. The location is ideal for a city visit or a business trip. Rooms are "roomy", room service very efficient and smiling - ask anything and it will get done. Excellent Canadian breakfast at Diva. All in all, Great value.

Location of hotel is great, close shopping centres and restaurants. The room and amenities were excellent. Service of checking in and out and late checkout was excellent very accomodating. The concierge was great in helping us to get in tours. Definitly recommend and i will stay at this hotel again.
