They cheat customers. They did not refund my security deposit (half month). I contacted them many times and insisted on refunding me the security deposit but they did not hear, just ignored me. If you stay at this hotel (looks reasonable) but you will loose much more later. more

This place is right in the middle of skid row in Vancouver's notorious Downtown Eastside. It is full of bums and druggies. It is not really a hotel. It is a building for low-income or no-income people. A real dive and not a place a human being should ever be found. more
