Rooms: Spectacular rooms, just as advertised, spacious, brilliant views, luxurious bedding, iPod connection, great TV and seating area with a balcony. Bathroom / Water: A little disappointed with the bathroom, not as luxurious as the rooms and what really let it down was the hospital style soap dispensers. High end hotels should offer quality toiletries. Staff: Helpful staff although reception... More

We stayed here for 1 night in June and the stay was overall very pleasant! We arrived at 1pm and were already able to check into one of the two rooms we booked. We booked a two-queen bed room but were upgraded to a family room on the 29th floor. It was huge! The room (or should I say bedroom... More

Fantastic hotel. Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming... Much appreciated after a long flight. Hotel was easy to get to from airport and a fairly short walk from train station. Breakfast is definitely recommended. Rooms were clean and spacious. Ours had a balcony with a view of the city. Good base to explore the city further.

Upper floors each had large corner rooms with small balconies. Those in southwest corner had views over bay, in distance with no immediate buildings obstructing downtown views. Hotel with very friendly staff, classy recent renovation, and in downtown Robson locale. Easy to walk to underground metro (easy access to airport), Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown, Stanley Park, and even Granville Island. The... More

We booked two rooms - one king size and one queen size - one for ourselves and one for our teenage son. Both rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and neat. The towels were new and fluffy, which was lovely, and the beds were comfortable. Each room had a Keurig coffee machine, a large screen TV and a safe. The wifi... More

My daughter and I stayed here earlier this year for 2 nights for some 'staycation' time. From the moment we walked in the door, until the minute we left, we felt like VIPs. We were greeted warmly at the front desk and check-in was efficient and smooth. I had booked a room above the 15th floor and paid a little... More

Great location for exploring Vancouver. Staff really helpful (special thanks to Concierge Matthew who's enthusiasm and helpful nature was really appreciated). Great views from rooms and lots of space. Note no room service although nice on site restaurant. Would recommend.

When we checked in, I asked if we had a view. The clerk checked, moved us to a higher floor, said she would move us again if we weren't happy--and then called up to the room to make sure we were happy! The room was fine, nothing special, but our tiny balcony with impressive view, the thoughtful staff, and the... More

Stayed in a family suite at the Blue Horizon. Plenty of room for a family of four, comfortable beds, excellent daily service in the room. The hotel is convenient to all of downtown. I found the front desk staff to be overworked and young - meaning they were constantly on the phone with customers when I was trying to ask... More

Nice little place for breakfast. Good food and good service. Hotel looked nice and Boutique , but didn't stay here. Excellent breakfast menus. Try it out to cure a hangover. This is long enough. Easy to spot on Robson.
