Fantastic stay .. We spent our first night in Canada here and enjoyed it so much we came back after two weeks travelling to spend our last two nights here.. It was a fun vibrant place .. Clean , roomy and perfectly located downtown . Front office staff were very helpful.

We had a room on the 30th floor. It had two walls of windows and a balcony. Room was huge, clean and well furnished. Bathroom was a good size. Small restaurant on the good floor providing breakfast and snacks. Underground parking next door for a small fee. Helpful staff. This hotel was a find. Couldn't recommend it enough. The views... We (family of four, occupying two rooms) stayed at the hotel on a number of different occasions during a trip around the Vancouver/Victoria/Whistler/Campbell River area. Big rooms, good location, reasonable value, convenient on-site parking spaces, good wifi, decent in-room coffee making facilities, breakfasts very good but would benefit from a buffet option. Main downside was that all of us slept... More

The location is great on Robson Street, close to Stanley Park and the water. Right on many bus tour pick ups. The room is huge with a great view and fairly modern looking. However the Bathroom could use some help. Though it "appears" to have been renovated, it was replaced with 70's style tub and toilet. The water pressure (we... More

This was a great place to stay for one night after a cruise. We got in early, and they allowed us into a room, not on the floor I wanted, but for no extra. Getting into a room at 8am instead of 3pm is worth it. View was very nice from the 20th floor, and all was well with the... More

After staying elsewhere in Canada for several days, we arrived in this downtown hotel to a great welcome and had a peaceful and comfortable stay for 4 nights in beautiful rooms with air-con and balconies offering fabulous views across Vancouver and the bay. Beautiful.

Can't fault location, on Robson Street at Stanley Park end. The room we had was massive, bed comfy but bathroom very tired and small considering the overall size of the room. Staff were accommodating and helpful, breakfast was not included but was reasonable value for money. Overall value was fair. In summary nothing special but good location, needs an update,... More

With my 20:20 hindsight, I guess we should have complained. I just looked at the photo of the superior queen room, and our room had nowhere near the space shown in the photo, and it very specifically did not have a dresser. We had to find space in the desk drawers to store our clothing!!!! The actual room size was... More

Great hotel with beautiful views. We were lucky and got a room on the 30th floor. Close to everything including our cruise ship. We walked to the water, restaurants and other attractions. It was also easy to from the airport.
