Stayed here for two nights before an Alaskan cruise. The rooms are huge, the beds are comfortable. Love the outdoor patio with a view from the room. Within walking distance to just about anyplace in the city, and the hop on/hop off bus stops right outside the door of the hotel. Only negative was that the bathroom is small, but... More

A excellent hotel right on Robson St. Requested a room on an upper floor and they put us on in 2101 on a corner with a view of downtown and a view of the water and West Vancouver. Pros: large room with king size bed ( great bed made for good sleeping), bottom floor restaurant and coffee shop, many restaurants... More

This hotel has large rooms with balconies and many windows that look out over Vancouver. The beds are really comfortable. Because there are only a few rooms on each floor, it is very quiet. It is centrally located and surrounded by many stores and restaurants. If you are a good walker, you can reach any part of the city on... More

Stayed here before our Alaskan Cruise. Great location, near Stanley Park, short cab ride to Port. It was about $45 from airport, and about $5 to port. Rooms were spacious, all with a great view, but go for the Upper Floor facing the ports, not the city. I think the King Size Beds face the City, so we got the... More

This is an excellent hotel in a central location with large rooms. I stayed here for two nights and this is the perfect hotel for seeing the major sights of the city with everything being within walking distance and a shuttle bus to the Capilano Bridge stopping right outside. The free wifi is a pleasant bonus and the spacious bedrooms... More

We just left a three night stay at the Blue Horizon Hotel in Vancouver. This is the biggest bang for your buck. The blue horizon is centrally located for easy walks to restaurants and shopping and not too far of a walk to Stanley Park. We were in a Standard King room, not luxurious, but completely nice, very large, immaculately... More

Before leaving for a cruise we stayed two nights at the Blue Horizon Hotel in Vancouver. The rooms there are very large though the bathrooms are pretty tight. Very clean, very comfortable and extremely economical for Vancouver. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I had to make changes in my reservations at least three times and they're patient and... More

After much research to find a centrally located, thrifty, nice hotel in Vancouver, I chose the Blue Horizon and I am so happy I did. It turned out to be perfect in all regards. The hotel itself is an attractive 1960s style that has been hugely renovated, but still has its outside 60s vibe. Our standard room (10th floor) was... More

What a great view, staff, and location. Very clean and really big rooms. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Buses can take you anywhere, and lots of restaurants, shopping on Robson. We walked to Stanley Park easily.

This is a very good hotel in the middle of Robson street. Lots of stores and restaurants around the hotel. Room we got was nice and modern. It is a mid size hotel. Price was decent and staff was very helpful. They also have a nice little restaurant in the hotel which we used for breakfast. Not too many vegetarian... More
