After reading the reviews, I was not disappointed with the Blue Horizon Hotel in Vancouver. It is centrally located on Robson Street surrounded by fine stores and restaurants. They offer underground parking for $14.00 per day. It appears that parking is difficult to find in the city although they have metered parking on many streets. Our room was on the... more

We stayed here for a total of three nights during June 2009. Hotel reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We were upgraded (free) to a family suite on the 29th Floor with superb views across Downtown Vancouver and beyond. The room was large, very large, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained. Our third... more

We chose this hotel based on price and Tripadvisor reviews. We were only staying for one night, so we didn't have a chance to checkout the amenities of the hotel. We loved our room, though. Having the balcony overlooking Robson St. was a lot of fun. It does get noisy, but it didn't bother either of us. The bed was... more

Stayed at the Blue Horizon June 14th - 17th. Had a king bed room on the 18th floor. Arrived at night and was thrilled with the view over Robson Street. Could see beautiful downtown Vancouver, the water and the mountains all from my private balcony. Comfy bed, nice desk, roomy closet and great shower. Elevator is small but quick. Never... more

Our group stayed at the Blue Horizon for 2 nights following our Alaskan cruise. This was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. It is right in the heart of the Robson St shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. For good food value, I'd recommend the Red Robin which... more

We stayed at this hotel after a cruise for one night. We arrived early and there was a room available at 11:00 am. We took our own bags up to the room due to no porter in sight. We left our bags and immediately went out before the rain to see some sights, We returned later in the day to... more

We stayed at the Blue Horizon, Vancouver last week. It was absolutely great. The room was huge, with two king size beds. The standard of cleanliness was excellent. The location was was spot on, on Robson Street, the main shopping street in Vancouver, Lots of eateries around. This hotel has high floors, so we had a wonderful view. The hotel... more

We stayed one night on the 5th of June after an Alaskan cruise. Room 1801. During our previous stay to Vancouver we stayed at the Hyatt. I would choose Blue Horizon over the Hyatt primarily due to location. Service: We arrived at 8am and the front desk host was able to check us in. All of the front desk staff... more
