I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past ten years and have always found the rooms to be clean and well stocked. The service has been exceptional and the downtown location is great for business or pleasure. The hotel staff are union employees who take great pride in doing a good job. more

The hotel is downtown Vancouver and it is in good shape, but the area can be 'iffy', especially after dark. I walked around a bit during daylight hours and saw lots of homeless people, lots of people who (to me) looked quite alarming. There are quite a few night clubs, strip joints and XX rated places in the near vicinity.... more
