We stayed in mid May and had an amazing stay. The service from everyone we dealt with was excellent. The front desk was very helpful in helping us plan our couple days in Vancouver. They took the time to explain attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The morning server in the restaurant was a delight. She said she has been the... More

Booked room in the "courtyard". $144.00 a night. We were NOT told nor did we read online.....that we would have to go down and across the back alley....leaving the main hotel.....to get to the "courtyard" area. In the back alley....sat homeless people going through garbage bags and the dumpsters!!! We felt very UNcomfortable having to walk through the back alley... More

We checked in around sometime after 1:00 a.m in the morning and the young man (Ben) at the counter was really receptive and warm, but this was where it ended. We woke up the morning to realize how dirty our room was. Dust build up on the head boards and the dresser drawers and the the cabinets and cobb web... More

We stayed at this hotel at the end of April and had a great time. Location is good and you can walk to shopping areas. We booked a courtyard room but was upgraded to a tower room and the room was so nice for how much we paid. It's got a separate livingroom with a sofa, desk, tv, microwave, balcony,... More

Hotel was a $10 taxi ride from the cruise terminal. It is close to the hop on, hop off trolley stops that go to the major tourist attractions, for those who do not want to walk. Our spacious room had a sofa and chair, and office area, with a separate bedroom. Furniture was attractive and clean, seemed recently updated. Queen... More

We had a 9 hour flight from London to Vancouver and felt tired so got a taxi from the airport to the hotel which cost 32 dollars plus tip.On the way back we walked 15 mins.(3 blocks) to the Skyway station at Yaletown and got the train to the airport for 3 dollars and 75 cents(and no tip!).We stayed 9... Our family of 5 stayed here for 1 night prior to going out on an Alaska cruise. The hotel is central to everything we needed and there were plenty of restaurants close by for a bite to eat - would recommend the White Spot restaurant at the other Best Western just up the road. It was about a 25 minute... More

I read reviews about hotels when ever I plan a trip and take them with a grain of salt from people who complain about something like a stain on the carpet in the lobby. 6 of us (4 teenage girls) spent 3 nights at this hotel over a weekend. The staff was very frendly and helpful. The lobby is quite... More

The courtyard looks nice, but that's about the only good thing about it. It is located behind the main hotel in an ally way. The Ally is kinda sketchy. I saw a bum dumpster diving in the ally when I first got the room. There is a weird chemical smell in the air at all times. The room is super... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western! It was clean and had a balcony which overlooked Granville. Granville seems to be the center for clubbing and since we were with kids on a college spring break, this was a plus! The room was a great price! We had two full beds in a room, and a living area...
