There was road construction occuring which wasn't a pretty sight but it did not interefere accessing the hotel nor did it cause a noisy environment. Maybe not an ideal location for families because everywhere you want to go is at least 3 blocks away. For mobile adults it's a short walk to the interesting things in town. The Best Western Downtown is a great casual stay for the money. We have booked here a few times and always had a clean, well appointed room with no hassles. I would recommend this hotel if you want a no-frills, clean & stress-free stay. Location is relatively central as well. more
