It's all good here, we booked it because of additional parking needed for a mini utility trailer, and were pleasantly surprised by what got offered to us. It's a few minutes away from downtown, public transportation stops in front of hotel. Matresses were very good, had fridge, tv and coffeemaker, Rooms are clean and daily cleaned properly, towels changed, shower... More

My family of four, parents with 2 teenagers, recently stayed at this Ramada, chosen mostly for its location, within close walking distance to the PNE. I was happy to discover that the room I booked for us was quite spacious. The kids each had their own sleeping areas, one bed and a sofa pullout, and we had our bed in... More

I chose this hotel partly based on the good reviews on TA, and partly because most hotels in Vancouver charge up to $30/night for parking. Parking is free here, and there is easy access to anywhere you want to go in the Vancouver area. It is also only a couple of blocks from the Exhibition. All of the staff here... More

We returned to stay at the Hotel recently during a busy time after spending time there a few weeks earlier and were very happy with the level of service. The room was clean and well maintained, the breakfast pantry was always full even at the end of service late in the morning and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.... More

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. A computer and printer was provided for guest use which proved very handy when we needed to check-in online and print boarding passes for an internal flight. Our room was comfortable without the frills (you get what you pay for). Breakfast was a continental breakfast but there was a good range of... More

we stayed here during the first weekend of August. The good points were we had a nice room; they upgraded us to a two room suite, which was very nice and comfortable. One room had a sofa and two chairs with the queen-size and the other room had a queen-size. The only strange thing was that they had two TVs,... More

I booked this hotel through hotels.com. During my 6 day stay in this hotel, the towels were never replaced or washed. Dirt was swept under the bed. The receptionists were always nervous and upset as though something bad had happened. I asked them a couple of times for information about the city and transportation and every time I was responded... More

Hello Sir, It really surprises me to hear that you did'nt get any towel service during your 6 day stay at our establishment. Our towels are replaced on a daily basis when left on the floor or in the bathtub. If the customer leaves towels hanging on the rack then we do not replace as per the" eco-friendly " sign... More

We stayed in the city to watch a football game at empire stadium. Hotel couldn't have been any closer! After the game we exited the gate, crossed the street on foot and were at the hotel. Perfect. Location is great for any visit. Playland's giant amusement park is a 5 minute walk away. Street location makes it easy to find... More

The employees are very friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage there before check in and after ckeck out. The rooms are clean and we had a fridge, an ironing board and a water boiler in our room. There a two automats with sweets and drinks. The breakfast was good but the breakfast room is too little for all... More
