After planning a break in Canada we thought we would add a few days on in Vancouver. This was the best hotel we stayed in. The rooms are modern and stylish, with all the facilities needed, we had 2 televisions, so we could watch both in the lounge and bedroom if we wanted. Check in was speedy and service brilliant,... more

I spent 3 nights in the hotel after a conference and was so glad that I had picked this hotel - excellent location (will be even better with the new sky train going into operation linking the airport to downtown), very friendly and helpful staff, and the lovely environment and decor. Perhaps the only one tiny flaw is the noise... more

We stayed here overnight before leaving on an Alaskan cruise. The hotel had recently undergone an $11m renovation. It was beautifully and tastefully done. It was a bonus to find out it was the number 2 hotel in the city, but not at number 1&2 prices! The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was exceptionally appointed. The staff could... more

We stayed a the St Regis fo three nights and two nights pre and post our Alaska cruise, the bedrooms were excellent, comfortable, clean and attractive. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is ideal for tourists. The only small complaint we had was traffic noise in our room at the front of the hotel.... more

After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor I chose the St. Regis-this is one place you get a lot for your money. The rooms were upscale with lots of amentities and the service by every staff member was exceptional. The location is great especially for cruise goers. more

My friend and I stayed in the St. Regis for one night prior to going on a cruise -- seriously one of the most enjoyable stays in a hotel I've had! The most comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful staff, free internet and breakfast, and the location was incredibly convenient! We spent the evening after arrival in Gastown, walking distance, and... more

It was difficult to find a hotel close to Canada Place that was reasonably priced and still maintained a high standard of presentation and amenities. We were apprehensive before arriving at St Regis because the rates were so much less than other hotels in the vicinity that we wondered what the standard would be. How surprised we were when we... more

It was a beautiful newly refurbished hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very modern and chic, with extra touches like bottled water and chocolates on our pillow, and bathrobes. We were very surprised and pleased by the proximity of Robson St and Granville St shopping areas, and the hotel shares a block with the Hudson Bay... more

We just returned from a convention where part of our business opted to stay here and part stayed in a MUCH higher priced hotel, and over and over again we commented on how glad we were that we stayed here. The staff made you feel like they had known you for years. They were friendly, helpful, always taking the time to... more

We selected the St Regis primarily for its close proximity to Canada Place, as we were going on a cruise the following morning. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by very professional and friendly staff at the lobby. Special mention should be made of staff members Breanne and Tony, who went out of their way to... more
