I stayed at the St. Regis Hotel for 4 nights in May 2015. I loved the hotel's central location, easy to walk to the waterfront, Yaletown, Gastown, we even walked to Granville Island! The hotel itself is small but very elegant inside. Our room (a suite) was lovely, plenty of room for my husband and I. The staff was very... More

This lovely older hotel has had a complete facelift! All the rooms are updated and modern. The hotel is easily accessible from the cruise port..walking distance. The real delight was the excellent service, the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They helped with directions, reservations, bus passes etc. We had a full breakfast the next morning..eggs made... More

The good: Small but well appointed and comfortable room & bathroom, we slept very well. Central location. Free WiFi. Delicious breakfast included with the room. The bad: Some staff not responsive, our hair dryer (provided by the hotel) was tripping the electricity sockets in our room for every 20 seconds of use; it took 4 separate requests for the situation... This boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Vancouver has it all ! Lush rooms. Upscale amenities. Great bar/eatery attached to the hotel. Highly recommend staying here. Minor downside is the $30.00 /day parking fee.

Thank-you very much for taking the time to share your experiences of our hotel. We're very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. We understand that first-time visitors to Vancouver often experience price shock on parking fees as the density and demand means that parking is always at a premium. As much as possible, we encourage guests... More

The people at the St. Regis were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The location was ideal. The breakfast was enormous and very tasty. Everything about our stay was perfect. Thanks St. Regis!

This is a refurbished hotel and they did a great job. it was much like hotels in European cities with smaller elevators and rooms in general. But it was great for our overnight stay. Our executive suite was well appointed and the heated bathroom floor was a welcome feature. The sitting area separate from the bedroom allowed one of us... More

My daughter and I stayed here for one night at the end of a 7 day cruise. It was a very busy weekend in Vancouver with the marathon and cruise ships arriving but the hotel dealt with our checkin very quickly. The room was very nice and seemed huge compared the room on the cruise. The beds and pillows were... More

We stayed at the St Regis due to the TripAdvisor reviews. Sure enough, the service and experience is stellar. However, there were two big problems we had (which didn't necessarily detract from what makes St. Regis great): The rooms are VERY small. Think NYC boutique hotel-small. The other problem is the street noise. Given that this is downtown Vancouver, I... More
