The staff would stop what ever they were doing to help you. Everyone from management, concierge, housekeeping, and waiter (from restaurant) always had a smile on their face. I had some bad luck hit right before my conference and they made sure it got arranged. I would definately stay there again just for the hospitality. Great location too. more
