The hotel is very nice (though a bit expensive and a bit far off the city centre), but what makes it exceptional is its staff. Extremely friendly and helpful (e.g. those at breakfast). Kudos to them and their manager.

We've stayed here several times prior to a Princess Cruise and have enjoyed it every time. This is a nice area for walking, with great harbor view, and access to food and drink. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the people are very nice. We'll stay again next cruise.

We were very impressed with this hotel in this beautiful city. They were the host hotel for our Intellenet Conference this year (May 2012). The staff was very accomodating, the property was very clean and the views of the bay were absolutely fantastic.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights whilst attending a business conference. Pros - location, nice views of Stanley Park. Cons - Check in was slow and under staffed. Start your day with a coffee overlooking Coal Harbour and set about for a walk around Stanley Park. Come back have a swim, lunch and then go shopping. All by walking. This is the best location. Promise
