Hard to find fault with this hotel. Upgraded on arrival which always helps! Beautiful views and such friendly and helpful staff. It's not cheap, but then you pay for what you get. The views from the hotel are stunning if you have one of the sea facing rooms. more

This hotel is way overpriced for what you get. The room was small and poorly laid out. The closet was in the bathroom. You couldn't stand in front of the sink because the toilet was in the way. The rooms are large with a great view for the most part, the lobby is HUGE with a starbucks and a gift shop. We arrived mid-morning after a cruise, and were invited to check in right away. Our room was bright, airy, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the harbor. The location of this hotel is magnificent, and the spacious, open design of the lobby gives it a resort feel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. more
