Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights whilst attending a business conference. Pros - location, nice views of Stanley Park. Cons - Check in was slow and under staffed. Concierge (if available) was not helpful and in almost all cases front desk was empty with no staff to assist. Room was average for price and room service was very poor... More

Start your day with a coffee overlooking Coal Harbour and set about for a walk around Stanley Park. Come back have a swim, lunch and then go shopping. All by walking. This is the best location. Promise More

The views from The Westin were fantastic of the harbour and the mountains, only a short walk to go to any stores. The staff were fantastic. Chatting to one of the ladies serving us during breakfast, we shared with her that we had a long day ahead of us, spending a lot of time on a bus. By the time... More

This hotel is right on the water, hence the name I guess. I got a room with an awesome view of the water and mountains. It's also located right next to Stanley park and provides for a good spot to go walking or running. They had free internet in the lobby but would have been nice in the conference area... More

Impeccable big city hotel with top notch service, close proximity to Stanley Park and beautiful views of the harbor and mountains. My whole experience at this hotel was great. The Westin has a true gem in the Westin Bayshore! More

Comfy beds, coffee machine in the room, modern bathroom with plenty of counter space, large desk area to take laptops etc and plug points for most plug types. I had a room with a sliding door that opened onto a view of the harbour - all very pretty. Breakfast downstairs was nice, quick and efficient. It's a bit of a... More

Like many hotels, there is the main bldg, or hotel, and then the "tower". I once booked the Hotel Del and found out the tough way, often what you get is not what you had imagined, and those lovely pics of the hotel don't always match the expectation. The Westin Bayshore is that, I was sent off to the Tower,... More

Dear sirdaav, Thank you for sharing your review. First and foremost, my apologies for the experience you had when you stayed with us back in January. We were so happy to hear that you were inspired by the scenery and views. We apologize for your disappointment in the long walk through our hotel, the smell of chlorine (we have changed... More

Tee registration desk was superb in being helpful and empathic to a personal situation. They placed me in a room that would help alleviate my stress. The Green Room program is a great idea. The maids would still check if I need anything. The setting is very beautiful and the area great for activity or rest. A lot to do More

We bid through Priceline and got this hotel. Before staying here I would have never have paid the price to stay here. if we ever get to go back to Vancouver, we will stay here in a heartbeat. e had a room facing the harbor. all we wanted to do was stand and look out the window. the bedding was... You really couldn't ask for a better location in this area of Vancouver to take in the sites. I visited for a conference for 3 days and then stayed a further four days to sitesee. You are within walking distance of Stanley Park, the Vancouver Aquarium and Capilano Expansion Bridge. The food at the hotel is very expensive but there... More
