At my recent stay at 4 Seasons, I cannot compliment the incredible service I received at the hotel. I have Celiac Disease (so, no gluten), I am allergic to dairy and also soy. I called ahead to inform the kitchen and to see if they could accomodate. Wothout hesitation, Chef Craig (YEW restaurant) politely and with confidence told me not... More

Without doubt the friendliest hotel we stayed at on our two tours of Canada and the U S A was the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver. Here the staff were outstanding from the reception to the Yew restaurant staff and particularly the Concierge team who were most helpful in sorting out our problems re forward bookings adaptors etc, and the kitchen... Always have a good stay at this four seasons, its centrally located and connected to the mall and a couple of the office towers downtown which will help you keep out of the rain of Vancouver if you happen to have clients or other business there. Only downside is some of the rooms look tired and need some renovation. Overall... More

Good service, good central location. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We were at a Rotary Conference and meals were prepared for the group as a whole so I can't really comment on the food as it relates to individuals but generally, it was very good.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons, before our cruise. Excellent customer service, free wifi, clean rooms, nice bedding and towels, central downtown location near Chinatown and Gastown, nice fitness center, complimentary shoe shine. This hotel is older than alot of the more modern Vancouver hotels, reflected by our small room and bathroom. I concur with the Triple... More

DW and I stayed at this hotel for three nights at the end of a cruise. The hotel was well located for all sightseeing and the HOHO buses stopped just over the road. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was large and very well appointed. There is a shopping mall attached to... More

With an international chain like the Four Seasons, started in Canada, you sort of know what to expect and this fits the bill for a city centre but not with great panache. The welcome was warm, the room 'Deluxe City View' was a good size, the bed very comfortable. The windows didn't offer much sound protection against city traffic noise... More

I would have appreciated my stay at the Four Seasons a heck of a lot more if I could have enjoyed a drink of water in my room without breaking the bank. In a hotel of this standard you expect bottled drinking water to be complimentary or at worse sold at a nominal price in the mini bar...but not here.... More

I went to the Four Seasons to attend a conference. There were about 400 participants plus various spouses and everyone I spoke to was very happy with the accommodations. Rooms were immaculate and very nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable. The only concern I had was with the food. As I'm vegetarian and the conference menu was heavy on meat,... More
