The staff were so friendly, especially Luiz who checked us in and gave us good tips on where to go and what to see. Good restaurants nearby and beautiful views. The room was exceptionally quiet and beds are comfortable. 2 beds in room were double, not queen, but this was as advertised. Airport was about 30 min in a cab... More

Stayed here a few days in advance of our Alaska Disney Cruise. Picked this hotel based on combination of price, convenience to Canada Place and tripadvisor recommendations. Price was good due to multi-day stay offer as on our return a single night stay was not competitive ($100 higher) and elected not to stay here. Hotel is in safe walking distance... More

Booked this hotel after reading all of the reviews on Trip Advisor ... turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Upon reaching the hotel, was seriously let down by the room [and view]. After specially requesting a room with a view before reaching Vancouver, the hotel rep failed to mention that there were no rooms with a harbour view... More

The hotel location is ideal if you want to explore downtown. Walking distance to Stanley Park, Gastown, Canada Place, Skytrain and Robson. Great hotel for the price you pay. The lady that checked us in was very helpful and gave us awesome restaurant recommendation.

Without a doubt, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in while traveling. The room was beautiful, large, quiet. I faced the riverfront which was breath taking. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Luis was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. You can enter either on Hastings or take an escalator to Pender street where... More

We booked here as a Hotwire mystery 4 star in the Coal Harbour area. The room was functional enough and the staff was friendly but a 4 star? I don't think so... the T.V was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel room and it was very plain room small room.

Exceptionally friendly & helpful front desk staff set the tone for a great experience. Request at time of booking for water views had been noted & both rooms had good views. Useful information on dining, shopping, local attractions and even where to go to see the dramatic sunsets.

Found this hotel on Booking.com, was very responsibly priced, so booked it for 2 visits, first time a twin room, and second time a superior king room. Was very impressed first time, reasonably large room and great bathroom amenities. 2nd visit we were blown away, room was so large we though it was a suite! Loved the big bottles of... More

Just spent 5 nights at the Coast Coal Harbour. The first thing that strikes you is how friendly the staff are. They are all very helpful and very positive. We found the location to be perfect. Slightly away from the main city centre but near enough to walk. Within 5 mins are at least three great places for breakfast and... More
