We arrived in Vancouver on the Snow Bus from Whistler, and after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, managed to find the right bit of West Hasting Street! We had a really spacious room on a high floor (exactly as I had requested in advance, great service) and a very comfortable bed. The icing on the cake were the amazing... More

Stayed here for 2 nights - nice place. Clean, close to the seawall, walk to Gastown easily. Room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Staff are awesome - they were able to loan a charger when we forgot ours. No real view (expected in room rate) but noise from ice machine was disconcerting, and the elevator woke us up once.... More

Stayed here recently for three nights for work. The hotel is in a great location, close to the water. It isn't a 5 star hotel, but it is a very, very good hotel. Check-in was very fast and friendly. I had a room on the sixth floor. The hotel itself is newer so the room was very clean, very functional.... More

Stayed 3 separate times in March 2014. Great location, close to the harbour and city precinct. East walking to Waterfront area. Modern fresh hotel, excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms. 711 just around the corner and excellent eatery/supermarket across the road if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

We stayed over a weekend to go to a Canucks game. Flew in and walked to the hotel from the harbor. The hotel is ideally located downtown, and the room, staff...everything was excellent. The pool was a bit cool but that didn't seem to bother my daughter much. I haven't had such an excellent sleep in months. Would highly recommend.

My husband stays at this property for work on a regular basis. This was the first time we had stayed here under the 'leisure umbrella' en route to Southern climes. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff extremely friendly and the location to the Canada Line for a quick trip to YVR is brilliant.

This hotel is modern and clean. My husband and I travel a lot and we couldn't get over the outstanding service from the front desk offering to book restaurant reservations, helping us with our luggage to our rooms, parking our car in the underground parking all with a smile. Very secure also with room keys needed to run the elevator.... More

Really a very, very good bed - slept like a child. The hotel is nicely and centrally located, right next to the harbour promenade. Excellent breakfast, too. No frills, really - just a very efficient hotel for the business traveller

First time in years that we have found a hotel in Vancouver that has the Visitors needs in our best interest not in a fancy lobby with grandeur of flowers etc. Their staff was wonderful and made us feel comfortable like we were No. 1. That helped me feel so good and made our time go fast with a safe,... More

Great customer service from Luiz, Jeremy and all staff. Even when I got my hair cut at Poised! Our room was a nice clean room with a comfortable bed, nice view with an upgrade, and a friendly room service staff. Some elevator noise (room 1716 facing Hastings and Harbour), but overall a great experience!
