From the moment we walked into the foyer we were well cared for. The room was a little dated and the ice machine didn't work but the service was excellent. My partner wanted gym facilities and he was able to access a gym up the street easily. Free wifi (should be a given these days) and helpful desk staff make... More

We enjoyed our week in this hotel immensely. The rooms are comfy but a little dated. Abit noisy at nighttime from the road but we live in london so it didn't bother us too much. Great location. Turn right out of hotel and walk to the waters edge some nice eating places for breakfast and dinner. Little hop on hop... More

Spacious room. Bed was comfy. But furnishings needs attention though - they look weathered - could be cleaner - no fridge - ok for 2 nights - but would not like to stay longer - the restaurant food was awful - we waited almost 45 minutes for food - salmon was ghastly (ginger and blooming maple syrup do not go!!... The hotel location is really convenient both for visiting the city center and for moving to and from the airport. In fact the hotel is located at the end of one of the main highways accessing downtown and is still within walking distance from the main city attractions. However, the view might not be the best. The main issue, apart... More

The hotel itself was pretty dated but it had a very comfy bed, a good shower and it was in a perfect location. Everything we wanted to see in Vancouver was within walking distance. Would definitely recommend as a good place base yourself.

Returned today from a two night stay at this hotel and plan to return. Conveniently located to many wonderful attractions and in my case medical facilities. We navigated our way with ease to the hotel. From check-in to departure we were relaxed. The staff are pleasant, helpful and professional. The Bar/ dining room is a cosy gem, good views, great... I really liked this hotel. It was only a short walk from Robson street (the main shopping area) and has restaurants and shops closeby. It is 5 mins from the Yaletown restaurants. I thought it was a good location for us as tourists.

I stayed for 2 nights at the end of my trip to Vancouver where I had been staying in more expensive hotels. Some of the reviews werent very good but I got a good deal and although I booked 2 nights I only actually stayed one night as I was flying back to london the next evening but wanted a... More

Stayed for 2 nights pleasant stay. Athough its time it needs a make over as it is looking a bit frayed and dated, the beds were so comfortable with crisp sheets and staff that went out of their way to remidy any requests. Very reasonable prices. Enjoyed dinner there on the second night and a filling good breakfast before checking... More

This hotel is in a reasonable location, and you are able to walk to Yaletown and Granville Island, but is very tired and needs a spruce up. The hallways are very dated, the carpet looks dated and dirty. But the rooms are clean, though the bathroom is very tiny. Ask for a room at the back, as the first night... More
