Stunning hotel. We were lucky to get upgraded to an executive suite on check-in, and it had everything. I stayed here last week whilst visiting our office in downtown Vancouver. Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in the lobby. Staff were courteous and efficient, my room was positioned well so I had a great view of the city. Food excellent. Perfect for business travel. More

Came out for a weekend in December 2011 to visit family and stayed at the Shangri-La. I had high hopes for this hotel and in general all my expectations were met. My only complaint would be that (in my opinion) the decor was a bit too dark for the smallish size rooms...making the rooms feels more closed in than necessary... More
