Arrived in Vancouver at 10:00 am after sleeping in and almost missing our flight from Saskatoon. Our room was not ready but they put a rush on it and we arranged a bus tour, while waiting., when we arrived back room was all set up and ready. Suite was small but extremely well layed out . Service over the week... More

Worst elevators ever! The elevators are painfully slow and always crowded. You have to pay to store bags after check out and through VI there were no amenities (shampoo, etc) and no housekeeping. Despite the great location, I feel services are extremely minimal for the price.

My daughter-in-law and I spent two nights at the Rosedale last week and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The hotel is clean and the staff are great. The rooms are well furnished and out only complaint is that it takes forever to get hot water from the taps and the parking was awful when we arrived (there was an event... More

We stayed at Rosedale for a week and it was a very long week indeed. I was glad to move on. The dreary weather along with the filthy Vancouver streets and homeless laying around didn't help either. When we arrived, we found that the lobby was shared with a hotel. The lobby was pretty worn out with dirt in all... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I was pleased to note you enjoyed a variety of activities during your stay. Vancouver's urban downtown destination has a great deal of activities to offer. I am concerned regarding the "cleaning fee" you were charged. The timeshare units have a Canadian PST/GST tax that is collected onsite. And should... More

We stayed here for a weekend. It was a great room with a kitchenette. Everything you would need was there. Had a problem with the phone. All but once we had to have the operator connect us. Also had trouble with the internet but they sent up a tech and all was good. Very comfortable room. Perfect location for restaurants... More

I've been wanting to try this resort since Vacation Internationale acquired it a couple of years ago. However, I wanted to give them some time to renovate the units to VI standards, since they were acquired from a failing timeshare company. I've been a VI member for decades, so I'm familiar with what their units are like - generally not... More

The Rosedale on Robson was a fabulous hotel. Our corner suite on the 10th floor was excellent, quiet, spacious, and a wonderful view. We would definitely use this inner city hotel again if we return to Vancouver and do not wish to be nearer the airport. Staff were very good and we were made to feel welcome. The kitchenette was... We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with an Amazon Local deal from Seattle. We were taking our parents to their first visit to Vancouver before flying back to England. We checked in at 5.15pm and one room was fine but the second was uninhabitable. It smelled as if something had died in it and also of cigarette smoke (... More

Good location and close enought to walk to restaurants and shops of interests. My daughter and I stayed one night before we went on a cruise. Cruise terminal not too far, so taking a taxi there did not cost a lot. Overall good value for money.

Excellent location. Close to many restaurants and sites of interest. Library at the corner with free wifi if you don't bring your laptop. Croissant shop next door was excellent. Cruise terminal is about 10 minutes away by taxi. Bus/Train is 5 minutes away. We were in a recently renovated unit, the B side. Plenty of room for the two of... More
