Fantastic hosts and stay. Suite was very clean and comfortable. View of the ocean and sunset was exceptional. Stayed almost 5 days and it became like a second home to us. Paul and Tannis were so kind and helpful and welcomed us warmly right from the beginning. Would say that they felt like family by the time we left. Continental... More

Skipping Stone is every bit as beautiful as the pictures posted, and then some. Our stay here was sublime. A tranquil, private, peaceful oasis. Within minutes of arriving we saw seals, an otter and a bald eagle perched in the tree above the house. Sunsets on the deck among the trees or on the private beach are amazing. And our... More

Stepping into Skipping Stone B&B is entering a peaceful paradise; the sweeping view of the ocean immediately calms my travel-and-world-weary soul, the tasteful décor invites me to relax while gently inspiring my thoughts, and walking down the staircase to the beach (yes, covered with many skipping stones) is like ascending into a delightful haven. My husband, daughter and I stayed... More

We feel fortunate to have been the first “official” guests of the new owners of this fabulous seaside B&B. We are three sisters on our annual Spring Break get-away. We rented the beautiful Starfish suite, which is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The ocean and forest views from the huge windows are to-die-for. The entire setting is very private and... Just back from a wonderful trip to Vancouver Island and if you find your way onto Salt Spring Island this is a place you must stay at. From the moment we arrived Muriel was so helpful looking after us and recomending places to go and see and restuarants to eat in.We had the Starfish Suite and were woken with warm... More

The online photos of this place don't come CLOSE to showcasing how amazing it really is. Upon walking into the suite (as luck would have it, right at sunset), my knees nearly buckled. Nothing but the sparkling Pacific ocean as far as the eye can see. Many times during our stay we were able to catch glimpses of seals and... More

We just spent the best weekend at this wonderful bed and breakfast on Salt Spring Island. The suite was wonderful, very clean and well equipped but the deck was awesome. It overlooks the water where Otters played below us and two small deer visited us one day. Very private and relaxing. We will definately return. Pauline made us feel so... More

What a wonderful place! Beautifully designed and clean apartment, Nora could not have been a more helpful and gracious host (freshly baked hot muffins delivered to our door every morning!) I was almost loath to put a review on here because we don't want just EVERYONE or ANYONE going to stay in what we feel is our private hideaway. great... More

My adult daughter and I stayed here in June 11 for a little reunion as I was west on business. Nora was an incredible, knowledgeable host and we found the room outstanding. Peaceful is the best word to describe it. The decor is very serene BC Coast-influenced, and we relaxed from the minute we arrived. Beautiful bathroom and lovely fully-eqipped... More

A great place to get away and relax. Walk the beach and local roads or enjoy the ocean and trees from a deck chair or the couch. Nora, the host, has a great knowledge of Saltspring artists and craftspeople and can help you figure out which studios to visit. The suite is excellent for two couples: you have both privacy... More
