The skiing was excellent until the weather changed. The accessible ski areas have a lot of challenge, mostly blues and blacks, but all is skiable and board able The lodgings were spacious and comfortable each unit had a hot tub for relaxing in after a great day of skiing. Good coffees at the Fresh restaurant and Gabriellas served a fine... More

Great location but management offers little in the way of in-room amenities. These are condos with decent rooms and finishes. No toiletries except a few small bottles of soap. No paper towel, real soap, hair dryer etc. when asked for these, we were told to go to the local store. No cleaning service provided. Guest are required to throw garbage... More

This was a sports team group, were really only in the place for six hours. Even in that short of a time, we learned about this business, a lot. Do not expect any level of service here AT ALL. Twice we were told the word "inconvenience" when keys/doors wouldn't work, once by the manager and another time from staff, and... More

We just stayed for two weeks in a Slalom Creek condo. The place was immaculate and contained everything you would need for an extended stay. Hot tub was a lovely added benefit! Staff were responsive and efficient in dealing with any questions or concerns. Rock Cut pub a short walk away offers relaxed casual dining and a friendly neighbourhood feel.... More

We returned to check out the new terrain expansion since our last visit a few years ago. This time we stayed at Morning Star for four nights and really enjoyed it. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was a one bedroom that had a second bedroom but it was set up more as a sitting area. Lots of space... More

Stayed at the Morning Star condos for four days. WiFi was extremely slow, like dial-up modem slow, and was not consistent, even though this was on of the newer lodges. There was no cell service (which was ok with me), but the phones provided with the unit were all wireless and the batteries did not retain a charge (hence unusable).... More

Reading the reviews for this property I concur with all the good comments. Oh! I am referring to the Slalom Road one, apartment 302B. Nice apartment with a good view of the mountain, all good. On arrival we noted a smell in the second bedroom that smelled like a dead mouse behind the wall. We reported to staff the next... More

We stayed at Red Mountain Resort in February 2014. My boyfriend booked us a small A-frame cabin to stay in for the weekend. As we were driving to Rossland, I decided to phone ahead and let them know we were going to get in after hours. They promptly answered the phone (by this time it was 7pm and we hadn't... More

We took advantage of the pay for 3 stay for 5 day deal during the march break of a very low snow year, with our kids ages 11 and 16. We were glad to get 9 cm of fresh snow and sunny skies during our stay. We loved the mountains and the slow chairs were not a problem since there... More

Accommodation was excellent - well cared for and ample luxuries - well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and well laid out. Sadly kept awake first night by an all night party, most annoying all of the family was awoken by this - when informed accommodation staff apologies offer but no courtesy gesture sad really Hair dyer was broken, wifi connection...
