Stayed last weekend and was thoroughly impressed with the decor, friendly staff, cleanliness and excellent location of this great hotel. Stayed in the French suite which was really more like a (very well appointed) apartment with a separate bedroom and huge bathroom. Great for a getaway but would also be perfect for business travel as the "living room" area has... More

We spent 4 nights in early July at the Prestige Mountain Resort in downtown Rossland. We liked the location, on the main street in town. There was sufficient parking, additional parking with entrance just around the corner. Hotel has a modern look and finish, very spacious lounge/lobby area, friendly staff at check-in. Good WiFi reception. Gabriella's Restaurant is open in... More

Located on the main street in Rossland, a cute little town with gift shops, restaurants, very cool art gallery in old bank across the street, home of the Gold Fever Follies musical review (family-friendly) in Miner's Hall a half block away (a must see in the summer - 2 shows daily except Tues-Sat). Liquor store and Chocolaterie across the street.... More

After driving 400 miles, this hotel was a very nice place to stop. The rooms were outstanding, clean and were in super shape. The restaurant in the hotel had some out of this world food, especially Italian food made fresh daily at the hotel. A great place to stay. No smells that my delicate nose could detect.

Room had terrible smoke odor, was told it use to be a smoking room, now converted to a non smoking room. Overall, room was clean but needed refurbishing. Traveling with elderly parents, not disability friendly.

A four day fishing trip on the "upper Columbia" took me to Rossland. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the in house facilities (food and beverage) were more than adequate. The off-site dining establishments in this town are fantastic. The Sunshine Café for breakfast and the Garage, just across the street from the Prestige Resort, for dinner are just... More

Spent 200 nights at this property, issues are minimal. From a business perspective the only real annoyance is the wifi. Due to the proximity to the US and the poor cell tower placement for Telus there are places in the hotel that you will not get cell coverage either. They have done work to the property and the cosmetics work.... More

My family (3, including 2 adult-sized children) stayed here for a skiing vacation, in a 2 queen/kitchenette unit which was clean and had everything we needed - except for one set of towels on the check-in day which was quickly corrected by the cleaning staff. Room was a bit cramped with all the furniture: 2 queens, nightstand, dresser/TV, desk/chair, table/2chairs,... More

Pretty much as expected for the price point. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilty is centrally located, and very easy to find. It appears to have been recently remodeled. Although a bit small, No complaints about the room. The overall feel of the place lacks character. It feels a bit sterile. In general, the restaurant was a... More

This hotel is overpriced for what you get. We stayed only one night of four that we booked. Our room was dark and dreary, and the kitchenette was not clean. The bathroom was clean unless you looked up at the ceiling. The check in process was not as simple as it should have been; my husband went inside to check... More
