I stay at the Prestige properties whenever possible and enjoy them all. I particularly enjoy the one in Rossland - the staff are friendly and professional and the rooms are always very clean. I also appreciate the convenient location right downtown in Rossland. If you are looking for excellent service and a clean comfortable room, be sure to check out... more

The Prestige is over priced and over snobbed. The ceiling actually caved in over the Hot tub while we were in it!!! Not to mention the Hot tub is pretty small and really foamy (gross!) to begin with. It has cheap furnishings and lacks in character and friendliness. Not worth the money. The Rossland Motel has very friendly staff, a... more

The hotel has undergone an ownership change and $3 million in improvements which really show. We have stayed at the Prestige in nearby Nelson which we have enjoyed. However, the Rossland Prestige is better. Reservations and front desk were great to work with. We were there for an anniversary and they really took care of us! Complimentary wine, cheeses, fresh... more

I travel to BC regularly for business and was recommended to stay with the Prestige group of hotels. My first stop was Rossland. It had exactly what I needed, good wireless internet connection, great food in the dining room, very clean & comfortable room hotel room and friendly staff. I had a very nice stay and would recommend this property... more

My husband and I checked into the Prestige and immediately were uneasy. Our room was very small, dirty, had a huge hole in the bathroom ceiling where an exaust fan used to be, and was right next to, (shared a wall) with the ice machine and vending machine. We asked to switch rooms and the front desk clerk said they... more

Great service from Employees. Great lobby. Room was a little small, but the set up was very nice...different than your normal rectangle hotel room. Kind of a wedge shape, with very nice appointments inside. Restaurant was great, try the ribs. All in all an above average experience. more

As far as room quality goes...top notch. Service was fantastic. It seemed like the hotel was run on with fairly small staffing...but that was actually really nice as you got to know them pretty quickly. Definitely the best place to stay in Rossland more

I did not stay in this hotel, but visited its Munro's Restaurant for breakfast on Sunday 16 July, 2006. Only one small table of customers was in the restaurant when we arrived. After waiting for over 5 minutes by the door, with my elderly in-laws, we decided to seat ourselves. Three different servers ignored our presence at the door during... more

The hotel has been recently renovated and it shows. Almost everything is in pristine condition. The rooms are a little on the small side but are clean, quiet and more then adequate. We only ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was good. The restaurant was not very busy but the waitress wasn't exactly the best.... more
