We stayed four nights in the wheelchair accessible room and everything met our needs. Their 1 accessible room is on the city side so less expensive than the water side. It's on the ground floor so no elevator to deal with. There are 2 queen size beds and there is wheelchair access to both. They are the same height as... More

I was pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous ocean view and loved the binoculars! What a great idea. I loved that there was an actual blow dryer in the bathroom! Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a few hours to kill before my shuttle bus arrived and was very pleased that I was welcome to relax in the... More

Clean, quiet, comfortable, nicely located near many restaurants, with big windows overlooking the harbour and even binoculars. Continental breakfast was well stocked and the staff was cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has an updated décor, minus the older desk that appeared to be missing a drawer? Although the hallway ceiling feels low, it felt adequately lit. The weather was warmer so there was a fan in my room (which I personally prefer over a/c). However that left only one unused plug in the entire room (in the bathroom), which... More

We felt very welcome, staff were extremely professional and found us the perfect room for the best price. Our view was amazing, the soaker tub was to die for and the breakfast was really refreshing!!!

They charge more for ocean views (which are probably worth it), but if you just want a clean and modern room the city side is great too. Simple continental breakfast (no hot food) was ok. But there was no AC in the room (3rd floor), and even with the window open it was still too warm.

The room we stayed in could do with some refurbishment, as the carpet had stains and some of the trim was loose, but we did get the added bonus of getting a harbour view room without having to pay extra as another party required an accessible room on an upper floor, so we got a lower floor room instead. Staff... More

This is a well maintained hotel with friendly, professional staff. Continental breakfast is included and served in a room with a beautiful ocean view. Comfortable rooms and it was very quiet at night - much appreciated since we had to get up early the next morning. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is a fan provided... More

This hotel has recently undergone a chic remodel and is quite lovely. The breakfast included in the price is served in a modern, fresh room overlooking the water. Food was excellent and well presented. Staff is friendly even late in the evening when we arrived via the ferry from Port Hardy. Very good value and convenient location. If you are... More

I got a little sad that there wasn't a pool and restaurant here but the rooms, the views and especially the staff more than made up for it! The front desk manager, the lounge hostess and room attendant were especially so great and went above and beyond during my stay. I definitely have a new fav place to stay when... More
