No it isn't the Ritz, but did the job nicely as a clean, convenient place to wait for the Ferry the next day. I liked the location near the park and was able to walk to the more touristy areas. The McDonalds next door was a plus and the staff were friendly and helpful. For the price it was worth... More

I got there and there was nobody at the front desk,(20 min) Then drunks kept me up all night, just to be woken at 5:00 am by the workers at Mcdonalds in the parking lot, The lady the checked me in was very unfriendly and had trouble prying herself off the phone, she made me feel like she was doing... I liked JC999999's review. We had just had a terrible night stay the night before in Terrace (@Northern Motor Inn) so this hotel was a refreshing relief. We were treated well and our sleep was so deep and peaceful we slept late - until 9! The beds are comfortable firm memory foam on a wood base and pillows that weren't... More

At first glance this place seems old, a bit run down, kind of sketchy. But the people who run it are super nice, the rooms are clean & cheap, and there's this attention to detail that suggests there's someone here who cares. I noticed small repairs done on various things in the room, repairs done by hand and in a... More

Hard to find - its behind MacDonald's. They had a 110 v outlet where I could plug in my Nissan Leaf and they let me leave it plugged in till 3 p.m. the next day. The folks were very gracious about it all. The accommodation was clean and quiet and very inexpensive. I will stay there on the way back.... More

This was the second motel we looked at...the first one was a disaster. Thank goodness we found the Parkside. Since we were staying for several weeks a kitchen was a must and our room met that need. The decor is old style but acceptable. There is a laundry area though it is in a strange place out behind the motel.... More

My son and I stay here when fishing in Prince Rupert. It is old, inexpensive, clean and close to downtown and to Cow Bay. Staff are very accomodating and there is a discount for fishermen. The outside night lights, while probably a safety requirement, are very bright and somewhat annoying.

I have repeatedly stayed at this motel and the management is always very accommodating to any request I have. The rates are affordable, the rooms are clean and functional. It is centrally located and within a 20-minute walk of Cow Bay of the Prince Rupert Harbour as well as a 15-minute walk to the business section of Prince Rupert. McDonalds... More

Been here a few times as well, and I actually prefer this to some of the other hotels in town. The motel feel, but the rooms are clean, the people are really personal, and hey, Mc. Donalds right next to it doesn't hurt at all. You can tell by how many people love coming here by how busy (and sometimes... More
