This wasn't our original choice for a place to stay but after our original B & B lost our reservation we were scrambling to find a place to stay at 1:00 am after coming off the ferry. We wound up in a pre-renovation room, which was in need of updating, but at the point we were at we would take... More

Patrick 2260, Thank-you for your recent review and although, not of the positive nature, we appreciate all feedback from our guests. You are correct that the Lobby, Front Entrance, restaurant, meeting room, reception & breakfast room were under construction during your stay, and I do apologize for the inconvenience. Prince Rupert has a limited time frame that we can have... More

That pretty well sums it up. Imagine some dated furniture that shows signs of wear, that's comfy and welcoming but not 5 star, and you've basically got the Pacific Inn. What I liked -The rooms were fine, they had a fridge and a microwave which is huge for me -They have Movie Central on the TV which is always nice... More

The Pacific Inn is in the midst of renovations so the lobby area was a bit chaotic, with the temporary entrance being through the car park. We stayed on Friday and Saturday nights, so were unaffected by construction noise. We cannot comment on the impacts during the working week. If planning to book, check on where renovations are up to.... More

Baly 2088, Thank-you for your recent review of the Pacific Inn as we appreciate all feedback of our service and overall property. Usually I book at the Crest but they were full this time. Pacific Inn was a great alternative. The great staff really made the difference. They were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable. Great value for the money.

We had a great stay here in January 2014 in the family suite. It's hard to find a place that can accomodate 2 adults and 3 children under 7 years of age and they did it perfectly. Two seperate rooms with a dividing door; the kids had a bunk bed, double bed and even a playpen if required. Located on... More

Tony T803, Thank-you for your recent review of our property and I am pleased to hear that your entire family enjoyed their stay with us. I had stayed here before and found it adequate so booked again. On this occasion there were young girls next door whose discussion I could hear very clearly, almost as if there was no wall whatsoever. Last time I was in a corner unit presumably with no one next to me. The shower temperature changes VERY dramatically and dangerously -again... More

Visited Prince Rupert for a weekend sporting event with the family. The price is right and the rooms are clean and comfy. This is an older hotel with signs of wear and some dated decor, but for an affordable weekend it'll be my choice in future. The hotel is centrally located, with a grocery store next door and other shopping... More

Recently my husband, grandson and myself had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a weekend. I cannot say enough things about our experience here. We arrived late in the evening after a full day on the BC ferry from Port Hardy. It is just out of the main town but access to the centre is a 10 minute walk. We were given a room on the top floor which was a good size and above any noise from the street. The room was clean... More
