I stayed at the Pacific Inn four four nights and was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious, clean with a really good view to the street below. Whilst being fairly close to the town centre the room was very quiet and restful after each day's events. Bathroom facilities were clean and well ordered. I found the staff to be unfailingly... More

We stayed at the Pacific Inn for three nights. The room we had was spacious and had a little fridge which is great to have in a room. The beds were comfortable and the service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a bit of a problem with the tap; when we turned the water on... More

After a very long day coming up on the inland ferry from Port Hardy on Vancouver Island. We arrived at this hotel at about 11pm. The welcoming was very warm and friendly. Even though the hotel is outdated in decor the rooms were clean and generous. The massage had on the shower was great. The beds comfortable and the complimentary... More

Our first step into the building was a cigarette smoke filled experience. Almost gagged. Room was unvaccumed smelled of old cigarettes. Something for a smoke free room! Bathroom was pretty clean thank goodness, but toilet ran and ran forever. it was fresh or just unironed. Wool blankets are from an era gone by. Stcky goo on table and chairs and some... More

To begin with, the hotel smelt like smoke even though its a "no smoking" hotel. We got our rooms as we had 6 people with us. The rooms were not clean and my socks stuck to the coffee table while trying to relax on the couch after our long drive. We then left to go site seeing. When we returned... More

Really I was expecting something better! The hotel is quite shabby and complimentary continental breakfast quite poor. The hallways were dark and not well kept. Probably worthwhile to look for something else. The only positive side is that rooms are quite spaciuos and parking is free and reserved for guests. We booked the Pacific Family Suite room and they were... More

I didn't want to walk on the carpet in my bare feet! Dirty furniture, unsanded and unpainted drywall patches on the room walls, hotel was smelly. Room and bathroom were large, bed was adequate but lumpy. Lots of breakfast but not very good food. Generally a dark and depressing hotel.

Great place, no frills, clean, breakfast provided, good price, 3 minutes away from the ferry terminal ... just a highly recommendable place for an overnight in Prince Rupert.

Okay for a night, service staff were not that friendly... although it was midnight by the time we arrived after ferry. Breakfast very basics, room large but dated. Comfortable for an overnight stay.

Booked this room from an online search when my preferred accommodation choices were all booked up due to a fisheries convention. I had an enormous room full of grimy furniture. I always put my coat over the sofa before sitting on it. Bathroom was nice, and clean.
