We have stayed at this hotel over many years and always enjoy our experience here. Once for our anniversary, they upgraded us to the jacuzzi room with a beautiful ocean view. We loved it! We have also stayed here with our children and they enjoy going into the public jacuzzi, there is also a nice work out room with various... More

We were lucky to get an upgrade room which was in fact a luxury suite. We did spend one night in a standard and we found it more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant was picture perfect overlooking the harbour. Saw many bald eagles while we having breakfast. The food was good if a... More

My wife and I spend three nights at the Crest Hotel. We booked a two-night special where we had $100 credit for meals. The room the first night was small and very warm. It had a window seat with a ocean view. I requested we move to another room the next day and the staff graciously complied. They admitted that... More

The Crest appears to be a long established hotel maybe the first in Prince Rupert. It has an old fashioned feel with the room furniture a little tired. Despite this it is a nice hotel. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The rooms are no more than average in size but the beds and pillows are good. The bathrooms are... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience. The Crest Hotel is happy to be celebrating our 50th year in business in Prince Rupert. We recently renovated most of our harbour view rooms including new furnishings, tvs, and linens and will complete the balance of all guest rooms this fall. We are expecting our new roof top... More

I'm writing this review from my desk in room 201 at the Crest Hotel in Prince Rupert. To my left is an inviting reading chair, a gas fireplace with a flat screen tv atop. To my right is a panoramic view of the Prince Rupert Harbour, a freighter carefully maneuvering about and a bald eagle perched in a tree so... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are pleased to learn you enjoyed your stay at the Crest Hotel and the additional amenities of our suites. I hope our resident bald eagle did not wake you. He is currently perched in the same tree searching the harbour for his breakfast. We continue to invest... More

The rooms in this establishment are nice, the dining was terrable , when staff were informed of a butter alergy and was told it would not contain butter in my wifes order and realized immediatly it did , so we were basicly lied to by staff. The cooks were basicly teenagers and the casino next door served twice the quality... More

I've stayed at the Crest regularly since about 2006, and do not hesitate to recommend it. The rooms and bathrooms are large, the towels are great, there are sufficient (large) pillows and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are pleasant and welcoming, and have great memories. My most recent stay was last week, and I really appreciate the welcome,... More

I had the pleasure of staying at the Crest in February, and found the facilities on par with any other five star hotel in larger metropolitan areas. The meeting room provided just off the main lobby was the perfect size for our purposes, and the service staff were very unobtrusive in setting up coffee and lunch. Highly recommended for business... For the second time in a month business travel finds me in Prince Rupert for a few days. The Crest is convenient, comfortable, and has a better than average restaurant. Staff is helpful, beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms have lots of thick, fluffy towels. Add in a location right on the harbour and field glasses provided in your room... More

I stayed here for 5 days. Before arriving I called ahead to secure a fridge for my room. The hotel employee had trouble figuring out how to secure this to one of the rooms, as my booking was done in a group. When I arrived at the hotel to check in I inquired about the fridge. I was told that... More
