My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Waters Edge, it was clean, warm and the large living area and comfy beds made our stay just wonderful. Stuart was a very good host. Amazing views of the River.

I can't believe such a lovely B & B exists within 5 minutes drive of downtown. The hosts were amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the views from the banks of the Nechako river were unforgettable. The large windows overlooking the river brought nature indoors. The beds were clean and cozy, and the setting was extremely quiet.

Amazing stay during our trip in Canada. Very friendly host. Beautiful house. Peaceful, large and quiet room. Stuart was very helpful helping us with local recommendations - what to see and where to eat. We strongly recommend it.

We stayed two nights here, one night on our VIA rail train trip to Prince Rupert, and again one night on the way back. The owner picked us up and dropped us off at the train depot both times. The location right on the bank of the Nechacko River is exquisite, as were the breakfasts that were prepared for us.... More

Stuart was wonderful-he picked me up from the train, then dropped my off at the rental car place in the morning. (It was closed when I arrived.) Beautiful and interesting home, lovely setting, peaceful and quiet room.I really enjoyed the walk along the river and the wonderful views. Stuart prepared a lovely breakfast as well. I would definably stay there... More

My family and I stayed here for a few nights during this past summer. Having stayed at several B&Bs during a two week trip through BC, this has been one of the most beautiful. We had the whole downstairs for ourselves which allowed for a very easy vacation. Wonderful breakfasts from Stuart and lots of suggestions as to places to... More

I stayed here for several nights, choosing the place for its seemingly peaceful location. I was not disappointed with the stunning riverside location, with trails exiting the property perfect for morning (look for the pileated woodpeckers in the giant cottonwoods) or evening (watch for the local black fox on his nightly missions) strolls along the banks of the Nechako. The... More

We were travelling by train from Prince Rupert to Jasper and as the train stopped for the night we booked the lovely Water's Edge B&B. Unfortunately the train was about 1 1/2 hours late but Stuart was there to pick us up and on arrival at his home we were offered tea/coffee and biscuits. Downstairs is the lovely B&B area... More

This is a nice accommodation and though our bedroom was a bit on the small side there was an additional large seating area on the same floor that more than makes up for it. The location is on the outskirts of town and very quiet. The hosts were very helpful in assisting us with recommendations in town. The coffee with... More
