wow this place is loud wherever your room is! this hotel is for people celebrating or sports teams or if you have lots of kids & don't plan on sleeping! do not get a room by the hot tubs or pool if you want quiet time after 10p.m. even. we had to call security after 10:30 because of drunken teenagers... I would never stay here again. I experienced same harassment as other reviewers did. No other words needed. I have no plan to stay again in this hotel and even if I come back to Prince George, I wouldn't advise other travelers to stay here.

me and my ringette team came to prince George for a tournament. me and my teammate arrived before the others and were surprised with -17 degrees weather. after a whiles drive from the airport we arrived at the esthers inn to our surprise it had ugly palm trees and wood panelling along the walls. so we packed our gear and... We stayed one night, Omg it was hard to breathe, our room was so hot and humid. The bed was not great, very dated furniture. The garden area is nice. The staff is friendly. I've stayed at this hot a few times and the water slides have been closed everytime.

Esther's in rooms are spotless, however the furniture is dated, the beds are comfy and the TV's work great. The swimming pools are easily accessable and the atmosphere tropical. The staff is friendly and helpful, and always smiling. The location is great as there is a Boston Pizza right outside the front doors, a small liquor store for convenience outside... More

We hadn't reserved a room but were given one on the ground floor in the far courtyard where we usually like to stay. This time we stayed on the side without a window so no air conditioning. It wasn't bad but I wouldn't like to stay in that room again if it was at all hot outside, also the bed... More

Have been coming here my whole life as I have family in Northern and Southern BC and Prince George is the midway point between those regions. Checking in we were informed the waterslide was closed. We discovered that the atrium pools and water features were not 100% maintained. Still nice, but not as nice as it was in 1993. The... More

A unique experience with many pools ponds and streams surrounded by tropical plants. The old hotel has been upgraded in some areas but has remained true to the vintage feel. We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was terrific. Eggs bacon French toast hash downs and more

I spend a lot of time in Pg hotels. The utter lack of wifi in the room is my deal breaker. This could be an issue for all, and for myself, I can't even receive emails as the Internet can't handle it. The staff try to fix it, but the flaw seems so be in the wiring and planning of... More
