It's lacking personality and any compelling reason to stay other than the price. Door locks are questionable -I guess they work. Building and furniture are run-down. Customer service was pleasant on the phone but in person I got the feeling that it didnT matter if I stayed or not. I don't remember being welcomed, just "processed".
