Good value, clean rooms, quiet. I'll be staying again! The only problem is trying to get a room when there are bus tours, so you might have to book ahead. Stay away from the Denny's that is attached. There is a much better little restaurant next door called Daddy O's, or a popular family restaurant in the Camelot hotel up... More

The hotel was situated adjacent to a busy 2 or 3 carriageway road, not a very attractive location. The hotel iteself looked up to date and our room/suite was clean, good decorative order and had a well equiped kitchenette. We drove to nearby Pine Shopping Mall for a look round and also to a supermarket (Save on Food) a bit... More

We chose this hotel as it was convenient to our travels. It is located on the highway through town; yet we found our room very quite. There is a pool on site and a Denny's attached to the hotel. We chose a suite, only to have a queen bed. It was clean and had what we needed. We did find... More

The location is not especially attractive and our room looked out on to a wall of the neighbouring wing. The hotel has a small indoor pool. We arrived early and were upgraded to a suite. The hotel has a Denny's attached, but having a suite we chose to go to the supermarket, but some odds and ends and cook for... More

Arrived late after a day on the train from Jasper. My room was tiny and rather worn, but had what you need. The location of the hotel is not conducive to a pleasant pre-dinner stroll, as it is amongst other Hotels and Motels and opposite a trading estate. Food is provided by the adjoining Denny's Diner. Ok I suppose, but... More

Room okay with a fair amount of space. Bathroom painfully small. No breakfast provided, have to buy at Denny's next door. No elevator, and (in the summer) hallways hot, sweaty. Very dated, looks old and worn out. Some staff surly (housekeeping, others), no eye contact or greeting, even when offered in advance. Do not recommend this property, and if this... More

My best advice is to keep looking. This might be the smallest room I have ever stayed. The only thing smaller than the room was the bathroom. Frankly the toilet seemed 6 inches off the ground. I have no idea how anyone with the slightest of mobility problems would even be able to use this toilet. Room had been renovated... More

We were booked for 2 nights into a pet-friendly room on the 1st floor by the pool (which made for noisy evenings with the constant traffic). The A/C is noisy, but effective. There are true, black-out curtains, which is nice, plenty of overlap on the sills and between the 2 curtains. It was a bit annoying coming back to the... More

I should have taken the hint when I tried to book this property online and kept getting an error when I tried to submit my reservation. To their credit, the reservationists gave me the rate I found via e-mail. We arrived at the hotel a little after 3pm and were politely reprimanded for trying to check in before their 4... More

I stayed one night and found the room to be in very good condition. It was clean and had the usual Sandman quality. My room's AC was very noisy so had to use earplugs to sleep. I found the price to be high for where it is and actually found better value nearby. Front desk staff were very good.
