We have stayed here before & enjoy staying here with our big dog. They only charge $10.00 for the dog. Very reasonable total price. The room had 2 large beds with microwave, fridge & coffee maker. The place is not new, but the rooms are clean & comfy. The staff were efficient & friendly. It is just up the hill... More

Nice place, very accomodating. Clean rooms, beds are comfy. Pillows are good. Coffee is good and they don't mind giving you extra coffee and towels. They wash the comforters when there are dogs in the rooms which is nice to know. I like my whole bed clean! We have stayed here on 4 seperate occasions now and will keep going... More

We stayed here one night and had reservations. While our room was not new, it was very clean. Our room also had a full size coffee maker. We really liked that. The front desk staff was friendly. We ate at the restaurant next door. Convenient, a bit expensive, but good food and fast service.

Rooms are old and run down: ceiling is stained and looks to be caving in. Water faucet leaks all over the counter, bed is as hard as the floor and the pillows are like flapjacks. We woke up the next morning with sore necks and backs. The top bed sheet looks to be about 30 years old. I will never... More

We checked in just after midnight after driving for 8 hours. We had no energy to call the front desk and try a 2nd room when we discovered that the "non smoking" room stunk like smoke. Not just a little bit - it was powerful. Further inspection showed the smell was from the blankets. Carpet was not clean - walking... More

My husband and I stayed at the Bon Voyage several times throughout the last decade - was our regular (and we thought reliable) place to stay in Prince George as we pass through often to further destinations. On the last two occasions however, we had to 'switch' rooms - the last time being a little disturbing though. The first time... More

Over the years, carpet stains - especially in pet-friendly rooms - may not come out easily any more. However, in our ongoing quest to keep our rooms updated, we are happy to announce that all our pet-friendly rooms and suites are set for carpet replacement in fall 2010, Even today, less than a month after the stay that describes the... I find it surprising that so far the Bon Voyage Motor Inn hasn't received any good remarks on this site. I have been traveling there with my wife for the past 10 years (ever since the place opened) and we find it to be one of the city's most quiet and clean locations. The restaurant offers good food at decent... More

The room smelled of feces, there were brown stains on the ceiling and walls. The desk person shrugged and said there were no other rooms and then came down and sprayed some air freshener all over the room to the point my eyes burned and the sheets were wet. The wireless was not working. No offer of compensation was made.... More

We were traveling to see a local concert and we decided to rent a pet friendly room at the Bon Voyage, Prince George, B.C. We left our 2 small dogs in the room while attending the show and when returned I realized the bed skirt was flipped up. I then went to flip it back down and had realized that... More
