Very in need of updating. Kitchenette we stayed in had a dirty stove top, dishes had dried food on them, and the coffee maker was disgusting. Toilet leaked if not flushed right. Was not as described in brochure. Property was run down and very old. Owner/Manager was very unfriendly. Room was filthy, also found what looked like an old used condom on the floor. Stay away if you have kids. also on on very busy road!

I stayed 7 days at Holiday House Motel, and paid an affordable rate with above average service, the manager always tried to help as much as he could. I come to Penticton every year, and this has been the best place i've stayed at.
