We booked in here at the last minute as we wanted to add a day to our Hester Creek Villas trip without the expense. We booked a superior king and were very pleasantly surprised. yes, it overlooked a husky station but the room was very nice, clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again and will quite likely book... More

The Coast has upgraded some of their rooms, and all for the better. An outdoor pool as well as a smaller indoor pool are very nice. The two queen room was very spacious, with modern furniture and pleasing color decor. The bathroom fixtures also had a modern upgrade. There was a small and narrow balcony that housed two plastic chairs... More

Stayed last night in an Superior (maybe my word not theirs) King room as described by "RedRoadRunner". All as he reported. Room overlooked the outdoor pool, which was fronted by the road (during the day a fairly busy 4 lane road) but at night they must have closed the road because the room was very quiet. The pool was heated,... More

I often stay at Coast Hotels, but from the street this one didn't look up to their standard.......checked into a 'superior king' and was wowed by the bathroom with rain head and handheld in a large shower area, joined by a soaker tub for the girls.....almost Vegas!

We are Coast Hotel members so stay at their locations often. They have a standard that we appreciate and were not disappointed. When we first arrived it looked to be an older refurbished hotel and there were some towels handing from windows. There are indoor and outdoor pools with the outdoor pool having a barbeque, sitting area and a large... More

Brought our daughter and grandsons to Penticton and stayed 1 night. Room was a good size for us and staff brought in playpen and set it up for us. The only thing I found difficult was as we didn't have a balcony, we had no where to dry wet bathing suits so had to drape over chair. Shower bar was... More

The staff and management of this hotel were super friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful to us (even to the point of giving us laundry packets and dryer sheets to do our laundry). They give you Starbucks coffee in the rooms and complimentary coffee in the lobby, which tasted excellent. You do have to go outside to... More

Near the town but a quiet location, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only failure was the bathroom supplies and tea facilities were over looked on a couple of occasions. Would definitely recommend to others.

I wasn't to sure what to expect from thIs coast hotel, they are all so inconsistent. I immediately judged this hotel from the outside, it looks awful, almost a motel. DO NOT STAY ON THE LOWER FLOOR! I admit the rooms were nicely updated and staff friendly, but there is nothing in this area, an d as for the town... More

This place served its purpose being close to the Convention Centre. We were able to park the car and just walk over - in the cold and blowing snow! The room does not look anything like the photos in the ads, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tired - partially redone. Barely space to put... More
