We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The accommodations were older but clean. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning worked well in the living room. It would have been nice to have a unit in the bedroom too. The motel was very quiet at night time. Some of the parking spots were small but overflow... More

First of all the staff is very friendly! The standard rooms/suites are ok. Nothing special. The Deluxe Suites (2bedrooms) are quite nice with a private patio and a private bbq. well, considering it is a motel it is what you expect. Not necessarily cheap though

Nice place that's across from the Casino and Okanagan Lake in Penticton. We got a standard suite that had a kitchenette that included a full range/stove, microwave and full size fridge. Although there were many people staying there during the busy weekend, it was very quiet at night. The only small complaint is that there was no AC in the... More

Stayed at the Slumber Lodge Penticton for a month in April 2015. The price was fair, not good, not bad. The 2 worst things about this place is the parking and the room cleaning. If you have a car your chances of getting a parking spot are rare. If you leave your room to do anything and come back to... More

In Penticton for a bicycle event so I booked close to the venue. Slumber Lodge is right on the beach where the action is but the benefits cease there. This is an older property that is fading only being sustained by low rates. Not much attention to maintenance and room amenities are old. Noisy air conditioner and leaking toilet did... More

Opposite lake Okanagan waterfront. Booked a room with two double beds. Clean but no extra pillows, no ironing board in room, no teaspoons for coffee. No smoking allowed in rooms but that doesn't stop the person two doors up or on the next floor down from lighting up. You therefore cannot sit outside your room on the two chairs provided... More

All the staff at the Penticton Slumber Lodge were wonderful - From the person who handled our phone reservation to the front desk check-in and check-out and every other staff member we met (especially Karen in Housekeeping) during our 8 day stay were courteous, helpful and friendly. We had a large suite (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with a full kitchen... More

I have never had such a bad exspierence with a hotel. They cancelled our reservation on us, and didnt even call us to let us know. They sent an email which went to my junk. Staying their prior was terrible. The rooms are disgusting and had dead spiders in the bath tub. I would highly advise not staying here. The... More

While on a brief work assignment in Penticton, I stayed at the Slumber Lodge, a delightful three star motel across from the beach. The lake view is panoramic and the beach esplanade a joy to walk each day. From reception to housekeeping, the staff are friendly, professional and efficient and the location is within easy walking distance of many fine... More
