We stayed here in room 114. The room was nice enough, but there was a lot of early morning noise from outside. We found the reception staff on duty to be rude and not very helpful. There is an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. It took us about 10 minutes to find the button to start the Jacuzzi !! (They... More

Hotel was very clean but rooms were a bit dated. Hotel desk staff were fantastic and had some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Loved the pool area and good location. However considering how dated the room was, I do not feel it was worth the price.

The receptionist we dealt with was helpful and had good local knowledge. Like many Sandman Hotels the external appearance is not inspiring. This one followed a layout with a swimming pool in an atrium space, effcetively a covered courtyard and I guess that rooms on the inside would have windows overloking the pool. The pool space was not inviting. Sandman... More

Check-in was a breeze. The lobby looked new and modern, but the rest of the hotel has a mid-90's sort of decor. It was clean and well-maintained, but definitely nothing fancy. We arrived at the room and were actually taken aback at how small it was. There was a queen bed which was positioned so close to a wall, there... More

We visited Penticton on the way from Nelson back to Vancouver and weren't sure what to expect! The hotel is located close to Okanagan Lake and was an easy walk of about 10 minutes to the lake. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a nice bathroom and shower. The pool was also a nice treat as was the... More

We recently stayed 3 nights over the August long weekend as it was the least outrageously priced hotel in Penticton. As we drove up to the entry, the hotel it looked nice and the lobby looks new; front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The website shows nice pics of the front, lobby and bright new looking rooms. We had requested... More

Very friendly staff greeted me upon arrival, I did not have a reservation but was able to book a very comfortable room for a couple of nights. The room was very spacious a very comfortable, the air conditioning had been turned on so the room was already cool when we arrived.

We booked it through a wine tour package. Good customer service. Not bad for a old hotel not bad small room but that's all you need. It was clean that Is the main thing. It is nice having a Dennys on location.

I'm not sure what some people are expecting on here for a chain hotel in penticton. This property is fairly comparable to most of the motels on the beachfront strip. Rooms could use some updating but are clean and functional. Was not impressed by the noise, if someone was having a shower above it sounded like "A Perfect Storm" was... More

It was nice having a lounge on site as well as a Denny's for breakfast. We could walk to all events after having a few drinks. The price was affordable through Skoosh and we will definately go back through this website.
