I stayed in this building many moons ago. Probably around 6 years ago. This building has been on my mind time and time again from an experience I had. It was the second night that I had been woken up. To my surprise a man's head was floating above me while I was laying in bed. I was definitely awake... More

This is a rather interesting place, that my traveling partners and I happened upon entirely through a double booking done by Priceline.com. We had booked a house that was a bit away, but after the charming British couple arrived to sort out how Priceline could have billed us without a room available, they offered us accommodation at this hotel. It... More

As soon as I arrived, I was coughing and sneezing ALOT in the suite, due the unclean nature of the place. The beds were too dusty to even fathom sleeping in, so I slept on the couch. They have mice traps and electronic rodent repellents, but they don't seem to do much good as I was frequently spotting mice through... More

Room 17 Top floor facing skytrain $120 per night + tax Pro: Location. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and skytrain. Cons: Skytrain a bit noisy. Water temperature of shower tricky to maintain. Everything in the room was clean. The separate kitchen was useful (utensils and plates were provided). We got a bottle of wine with our stay. All... Thank god we arrived in the dark with no other options. This was by far one of the oddest hotel experiences of our lives. I called the number on the sign and was connected to a very nice woman who explained that the manger would be down to greet me. After about 5 mins, a cast off from Fear and... More

Built around 1912, the owners and staff of Arundel Mansion have kept all the warmth and character of early 20th century charm. This quaint older style building is located in New Westminster, where the classical old meets the new. Whether you like to walk along the Warf beside the waters of the Fraser and watch for passing seal or a... More

I stayed here for three weeks in August as I needed a place for a short stay. I loved the old classic english look; the décor and furnishing made me feel like I was living in the 20's. I was very happy with the management team as Katherine & Joel made sure that I was comfortable. The housekeeping team made... More

I stayed here for three weeks in May 2012as part of a study trip and so the choice of hotel was the university's not my own! However I was so excited for this trip to Canada ... But the hotel was the only downfall of the whole trip. It is very old fashioned which for some might be different but... More
