we stayed in mid july 2006. It's a little out of the town centre, but walking distance to ferry terminal (but not industrial area...residential area with great view). If you have a car or don't mind walking into town, this place is great. 70 or 80 (I can't actually remember which) bucks for a spacious room and super clean bathroom...great breakfast, deck with views and really friendly hosts. have a dog as well...just in case anyone is allergic.
