I only needed one night, so I stopped in at Travelodge. Convenient to ferry and a White Spot across the street. Clean room, free breakfast, the usual continental with fresh waffles! That was a nice surprise. Bed was comfy, a little noise from road, but I turned on fan to drown it out. Overall decent place for your money, I... More

Amazing property! My family and I stayed at the Travelodge this past weekend and had such a great experience. With a family budget in mind, we stopped at about 3 other properties to get the best deal. When we inquired about rates, we noticed the "family" type aura right away from the clerks. We had a chance to meet the... More

My husband and I are traveling with two extra extra large dogs / booking hotels that allow dogs can be scary / we are so impressed with this hotel. It's clean clean clean - that's all that matters to me. Yes it's an older hotel with older furnishings - but everything is in good condition and clean. The bed is... More

This is a good hotel. Nice rooms, comfy beds and great location. The internet streaming is terrible. I can do basic browsing but when I stream netflix all my devices will crash after about 2 minutes. Laptop, ipad and cell phone all crash only when using Netflix at this hotel. Don't know if they are blocking streaming for $$ reasons

We stayed one night and have stayed here a few years ago. It's been updated recently and the rooms now have better furnishings and the bathrooms have been updated. The rooms are generally on the small side, but fittings and lighting have been well thought out. The bed was a bit collapsed in the middle. The TV and cable offering... More

My wife and I were up in Nanaimo from Victoria due to a sudden death in our family. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and honored an online 2-night stay discount price. We originally booked a one queen bed room, but found that it was on the back of the building, away from the parking lot. My... More

Chose hotel to be near ferry. After the event, this is not a reason to consider booking here. White Spot restaurant across the road give guests 10% off as does Keg, which is not close by. It is a large, clean hotel with 3 floors, has free car parking, free breakfast. Now the negatives. The elevator only services the third... More

I was staying at this hotel for one night. Location is good, took just few minutes by cab. Sauna was pretty good too. White spot was right next to the hotel and I got 10percent off. Breakfast was excellent. I especially recommand this hotel to non-Engish speaker. (the staff are so patience about my poor English.) Thank you Travelodge!
