This exceeded all expectations. Ralph and Hermida are the perfect hosts who make you feel genuinely welcome. Wonderful touches (Lindt Lindors on the bed etc.), the breakfast was superb - interesting and everything was homemade (bread, jam, juice, and incredible omlette etc.). It is a little way out of Kelowna and Vernon, but it's worth every minute of the journey! more

We stayed at the A & S Lakeview Bed and Breakfast for seven nights in April 2008. Hosts Hermida and Ralph were wonderful. Hermida is a gourmet cook and breakfasts were incredible. Hermida uses fresh ingredients from the Okanagan valley. Especially enjoyed her fruit smoothies!. Guests use the lower level of the home which looks out directly over Lake Okanagan.... more

We have stayed at this B&B twice, first in 2004 during a driving tour of BC/Rocky Mountains. We found the location beautiful and the hosts so welcoming that we returned in May 06 for a longer stay. The property is very modern and guests have their own living area, with TV DVD Music facilties etc, and their own large balcony.... more
