I'm travelling on business from Australia and chose this hotel as it was close to the shops and I was initially not going to drive. I'm so glad I booked this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Trevor who booked a wonderful wine tour for me at late notice. When I arrived back from my tour I... More

Our room was quite a distance from the only elevator. Hard for my 90 year old mother to get from elevator to room. Would have liked a disability room. Was my error to not order with the original booking.

Hello Janet W, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that the distance to your room, from the elevator, was too far for your mother. Please always ask the front desk what is available or make us aware of any needs as we do have both accessible rooms, as well as, ground... More

We stayed here one night during our 4 day trip to the Okanagan valley. The hotel is located on a busy Harvey Ave, yet the room we stayed in was very quite. There are lots of restaurants, shops and malls around the hotel. The hotel is about 15 minutes ride to the downtown and the lake, so if you want... More

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We stayed here a second time as it was just so great the first time. My husband and I were out for a night away and the staff ensured that our stay was the best it could be. Trevor is outstanding and we thank him so much for his kindness. Rooms... More

We're here for two nights. Mickie's pub is quiet and intimate and Perkins restaurant has great food. If you're here on the weekend, your steak and eggs breakfast is only $9.95 in the pub. The pool and fitness room are great, but best of all is the quiet, clean room that we had. The elevator is small, but the hotel... More

Thank you for your comments. I couldn't agree more that breakfast on the weekends in Mickie's Pub is an affordable treat. My favorite is the Blackstone Benny (if you are looking for something different) We just finished rebuilding our pub patio, so it is now open again as a sunny spot for breakfast. It looks fantastic. I hope you get... More

I am writing this review from my hotel room. A block of rooms and suites were booked months ago for a wedding. We were given a group rate of $149 a night for a std room. I was talking to some ladies who booked 1 room and were given a rate of $129 a night and they are not part... More

Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your experience in Kelowna. Our pricing is based on demand and fluctuates constantly so different prices on the same day would be quite common and is in most hotels. We do advertise the fact that there is an airport shuttle available. It services most of the major hotels... More

Great location. Clean, comfy rooms. Beds were firm but comfortable. A/C in room was great! Missed not having an inroom safe, but definitely would stay again.
